這家店的硬件不錯，房間寬敞，風格簡約。位置略偏，倒也清凈。主要問題在於經營者的誠信。
在前台辦理了入住，上樓一瞧，房間竟然門户大開，桌台上還遺落一條黑乎乎的毛巾。環顧四周，發現有兩盞射燈是壞的，床頭還積了厚厚一層灰。顯然，這是一間久未使用、還沒“搶”出來的房間，卻如此草率地出售給客人使用，好在酒店態度還算端正，賠禮道歉，贈送了小禮物，我便原諒了他們。
直到晚上，才發現真正嚴重的問題：房間空調不製冷。
入住時，室温為25度。我將空調設定為21度，隨後離店吃晚飯。晚上回到房間，感到非常炎熱，一看空調面板，發現温度不僅沒下降，反而上升至27度。電話詢問前台，才知道酒店關閉了中央空調製冷功能。
前台表示，近期氣温下降，為免客人着涼，所以關閉了製冷功能。但我認為，這個理由不成立。第一，正常使用空調是顧客的基本權利，不同顧客有自己的適宜温度，如何調節空調應當由顧客自主選擇。第二，空調是酒店的基本設施，是顧客選擇酒店的必要前提，關閉空調製冷功能應當事先告知消費者。第三，儘管夜間室外温度較低，但酒店臨街，無紗窗，且特別提示不要開窗。房間配備的也是厚被子，並不具備不使用製冷功能的條件。
時間已晚，我們衹好讓酒店送了兩張床單湊合蓋着，幾乎一夜無眠。第二天一早，咳嗽的咳嗽，流鼻涕的流鼻涕，帶着滿腔怒火離開了酒店。
作為一個有修養的人，沒有當場發作，僅寫下這條點評，以警世人。
