The title premier inn doesn't suit the hotel, they serve a 5 star service, cleanliness, quality of dinner service & breakfast service, the hotel is beautifully located in the Cotswolds. Staff are second to none, helped with luggage. There is a car paring charge which is suitable as it’s AMPR which ensures it’s secure and safe.

Both check in machines out of order on arrival - I'm sure they were when we visited last year too! Even the 'push for help' button was missing - just a hole where it should be! There's no check in desk at all at this Premier Inn. Eventually a friendly member of staff appeared and checked me in. Room was too warm and airless - windows are sealed so don't open and the aircon was next to useless - tried all settings, cold /fan / auto and made no difference. Left running all night on lowest temp & max speed, had little effect. On our visit last year we arrived around 4pm only to be told (along with other guests) that our rooms weren't ready as the cleaning staff hadnt turned up that day! Shame as stayed here a lot over the years but seems to be slowly going downhill. Carpark charges introduced last year haven't help improve the experience either.

Windows designed not to open. Stuffy air con noise all night. Have to pay £4.50 for parking. Really? It would seem to me that the only difference between Premier Inn and Travelodge is the price. I think that the food is very expensive, so just didn't bother, and that's a bid sad really. I wouldn't stay here again.

The Premier Inn Chipping Norton was well located and in close proximity to the town. The Manager Laura and the receptionist Carmel were very courteous and built a good rapport with us during our stay. Meals were well prepared and tasty. Thanks to all staff.

The hotel location is great for touring the area and visiting Blenhiem Palace. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. We were however very disappointed that even though plenty of notice to have our room cleaned was given our room did not get cleaned. Also, even though our room, 125, was on the first floor but due to the hotel being built on a hillside it was actually at ground level externally and did not have an openable window and we had to rely on the air conditioning for ventilation.

Really helpful staff. Can't do enough. Nice location with plenty of places to eat. 3rd floor was really quiet and had a lovely sleep. 8 hours. Clean and tidy. Breakfast well cooked Special mentions to Laura, Pauline and Amy. Will definitely be back. Bang on!

I stay at this hotel regularly and am always totally satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The rooms are comfortable, the food excellent, ample parking, but most of all the staff, everyone of them, are so helpfull, cheerfull, and welcoming. I always look forward to my stay here.

Great location, lovely helpful staff, good facilities for my elderly mother, easy walk to Chipping Norton village centre, good parking. Would have been 5* but cooked breakfast items were not warm enough which I am sure they can sort out. Would come again.
