Stayed at Mercure Sydney — overall 4/5. Room was comfortable and location convenient. Noticed a few dead bugs and a broken light above the minibar, but otherwise nothing major. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Would stay again with minor maintenance improvements.

The room is so big and clean. The location is very good that 10 mins walk to the central station. It is very easy to algo round the main attractions.

Perfect location, next to Sydney central station and very close to China Town. If you like city walk, you can walk to QVB, opera house and darling harbour.

Location of hotel is good. Check in staff Claudia very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on 1/f food and atmosphere are good !staff Alice is cheerful and friendly. We had a lovely times in Sydney

Had a great stay in this hotel being located in the central where most of the trains are easily accesible, including straight travel going to airport and downtown Sydney.

Back to Mercure Sydney again after many months!! My boss will only stay at Mercure Sydney as everything is located so conveniently ❤️ and we always feel at home. Every staff was amazing and thank you to the kind concierge staff whom help to bring our luggages to our rooms as we wait to check in into our rooms 👍🏻
