Sometimes you find the perfect place and this is one of them. Very quiet, clean and stylish. Good bed. Welcome kit with drinks and chocolate was excellent and location as well. Parking and breakfast nice few minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff! We didn’t need the outdoor space this time. Chipiona is really cosy beach town ☀️

They carelessly damaged and stained an important, expensive wedding dress literally the day before the event and later dishonestly denied it all. We were very accommodating and only asked for the cost of the dress to be cleaned/repaired, ignoring the fact they tore the veil which consequently couldn’t be worn. The owner was unapologetic, callous and expressed no empathy towards the situation. He made no effort to make things right, refusing responsibility for what happened. The room itself was fine, although was noisy at night, early morning when receptionists arrive and has a lot of light bleeding into the room. Internet isn’t great for video calls and would frequently disconnect.

I cannot describe the shock, pain and frustration this hotel has inflicted on me. I had meticulously planned every detail of my wedding, carefully handling the dress with white gloves, only for the owner and cleaner to carelessly move the dress and store it in the garage! It was dirtied and damaged ONE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. To make matters worse, the female owner was upset and pleading to make things better, only for her husband to deny anything ever happened and she then proceeded to lie and pretend nothing happened. Despite evidence (see photos) they showed no compassion, care or accountability for what they did, which I find disgusting and shocking. I will forever remember and never forgive the hotel owners for what they did, the dishonesty they expressed and the lies they continue to stand by. I look forward to justice being served.

We went on a weekend where we were celebrating our wedding. They were lovely, super attentive. Always wanting to help you and that you were comfortable. They had the great detail to decorate all the common areas of the building with flowers for the time of departure to the ceremony. On the other hand, the very comfortable rooms, very comfortable, very clean, bright and full of details. The spectacular breakfast, in the cafeteria "El cartujano". An amazing and wonderful experience. We will certainly repeat.

Sehr modernes Apartmenthaus mit schicken, gut ausgestatteten Apartments in sehr zentraler Lage mitten in Chipiona. Die zentrale Lage ist Flucht und Segen - es ist trotz moderner Bauweise und guter Fenster einfach sehr laut. Unser im Erdgeschoss hinter der Rezeption gelegenes Apartment war sehr hellhörig und ist deshalb nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück wird in einem nahegelegenen, sehr netten Bistro angeboten. Sehr ordentlich. Verschlossener Parkplatz für 15 Euro/Tag fußläufig. Parken im öffentlichen Raum aussichtslos. Insgessmt gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis.

El apartamento está céntrico y es precioso. Todo muy nuevo y moderno. El servio inmejorable. Las chicas que nos atendieron súper atentas, sobre todo Eva fue encantadora tanto en la reserva que la hicimos por teléfono como en el check in. Incluso nos llamó a un taxi porque nos íbamos a desplazar. Tuvieron muchos detalles a lo largo de la estancia. El desayuno está incluido en la reserva en un bar situado en la misma calle y he de decir que fue estupendo, nos pusieron café, tostadas, zumo, churros y chocolate. Tenían incluso pan sin gluten, leche de soja… para personas con intolerancias.

Maravillosa estancia en éstos apartamentos, todo limpio, menaje excelente, kit de bienvenida, cama súper cómoda, productos de higiene, ubicación estupenda y las chicas de recepción son encantadoras. Nos facilitaron parking cercano, el desayuno muy bueno y tiene una terraza muy agradable para las noches Volveremos.

Unos apartamentos nuevos. Con muchos detalles tanto en la cocina como en el cuarto de baño. Se encuentra en el centro del pueblo y a pocos metros de la playa tanto de la de Regla como la Cruz del mar. Un apartamento muy acogedor y cómodo. Las recepcionistas muy amables. Y para mí la cama súper cómoda y sobretodo las almohadas. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.
