When we were planning a holiday with friends, we found Costa Point by chance on the internet. We realized that the comments were positive. We were really pleased. The young ladies at the reception were very sweet. While we were in Chios, we wanted to join the Tavern and it was important for us that it was both economical and beautiful. The sweet receptionist helped us a lot with this. We got full marks from us for the hotel's location, staff and cleanliness. Thank you for everything.

It was a very bad experience because of the very small size of the room for three people. There wasn’t a real closet, just 5 hungers in an open space. No other place to put our clothes… actually there was a small cabinet blocked with another furniture. We had to carry our luggages on a long stairway without any help. Although the two ladies at the reception were polite the owner was very rude refusing to help us with luggage or any other request. Definitely not valued for money .

The door to the terrace at the end of the corridor is faulty and does not fit properly. You cannot sleep because of wind noise. There is no officer to solve the problem. We tried to reach someone by phone and text. Unfortunately, there was no answer.

Nice, modern rooms. Very comfortable beds ( not always the case in Greece!). Attentive staff, good location on the harbour. Walking distance to all nice restaurants and bars in Chios town. Highly recommended. We stayed 3 nights and are very satisfied.

Scale e cortesia sono le cose che mi sono rimaste impresse di questo adorabile hotel sito in un posto strategico del Porto di Chios. Le stanze sono state rifatte da poco e sono molto funzionali ; bagni nuovissimi, piccoli, ma eleganti: peccato che nel mio non fosse stata prevista una mensola adeguata a poggiare beauty ecc. Da segnalare per il magnifico funzionamento silenzioso sia il frigo che il condizionatore, ambedue perfetti. Bollitore, phon ottimi. Pulizia impeccabile cortesia infinita: le mie 3 stelle sono dovute alla assenza di un ascensore; una scala retta ripida, una rampa curva con mancorrente malfermo e una scala a chiocciola a 360 con columella stretta possono essere un serio problema specie con borsoni e valigie. Urge un ascensore, magari piccolo, magari esterno che arrivi anche a una delle due deliziose terrazze.

Harika bir konuma sahiptir. Her yere liman Restaurant ve Gece kulüplerine yürüme mesafesinde denizin kenarında, serin ve ferah bir havası var klima acmadan uyuyabilirsiniz. Güleryüzlü hizmet ve Tertemiz bir otel yine geleceğiz tavsiye ediyorum

Όλα ήταν άψογα!Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι!Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό κ σε ότι ζητήσαμε ήταν εκεί να μας εξυπηρετήσουν!Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο μοντέρνο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενο. Η καλύτερη επιλογή για την πόλη Χίο.
