Let's first talk about the basics: courtesy of the owner that borders on that of Heidi's grandfather, after not having been advised of the methods for accessing the hotel without disturbing the doorbell, I am welcomed by the lady after a short whistle of the bell with the sound of "but the key you do not have it!? But is this a way to wake people up?” It should be noted: no one, ever, informed us that the room key also opened the entrance door when closed and there was no sign that could have made it clear. "Cleanliness" completely absent: when we arrived in the room we found hair on the sheets and hair in the bathroom sink; among the few bathroom products provided, some animal hair was also given away as well as one of the already opened and used soap sachets, left to die together with the new products we should have used. The shower sheaths were completely torn, not to mention the shower head was full of rust and water stains. I paid for a room with a balcony, being two smokers, and the best surprise after the electric shutters that fit halfway up was discovering the balcony was completely at risk of falling and therefore unusable complete with a "work in progress" sign. We tried with the free bicycle service: the mandatory warning lights were broken. There is a constant smell of plastic and dust in the hotel. At check out, probably aware of the very low level of service offered, they didn't even ask how we found it, so I find myself letting you know from here. Certain of not receiving useless answers and justifications, I advise owners to enjoy their retirement warmly and avoid contact with the public, and to customers not to fall into the trap.

Massima cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Pulizia elevata. Vicinanza alla spiaggia e al parcheggio. Servizio bici gratuito. Colazione buona. Prezzo (con prenotazione fatta in struttura comprensiva di hotel con prima colazione, spiaggia e parcheggio per 1 settimana) OTTIMO. Consigliato !!!!!!!!!
