For a one star it is a decent hotel. The room is not small and overlooks the canal and also sees the bell tower of the cathedral. We arrived outside check-in time but the attendant was very kind. It's a shame for the excessive warnings: don't litter, don't bring sand, etc. The biggest flaw is the noise of the doors opening and closing.
