I am very satisfied with this brand of chain store. I have stayed in different places. The price is moderate and the facilities are new and clean.

Our group of three recommended by friends, chose this hotel, stayed for 5 nights, this hotel from the front desk to breakfast to daily cleaning, all done very well, the room is very large, two 1.5-meter bed, can Stayed in 4 people, the room is fully equipped, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer are complete, we live very comfortable, next time you come to Los Angeles also choose Beth Pine Tree Hotel, thank you!

We stayed 7 days so we were able to assess over the long term. Check-in was a breeze and each of the front-desk staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful and accommodating no matter the reason for the encounter, including a successful dry cleaning job overnight. The hotel lobby, breakfast room and lobby were homey and clean. The room was more than comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was upgraded and QUIET—imagine that!!! You are able to control its functions also! Such a concept!!! Laundry facilities, although expensive at $4 per 30 minute wash and $4 per 45 minute dry worked as expected and completely dried clothes in one 45 minute drying session. One suggestion is that the washer needs to have the rubber around the front door sanitized once a week by housekeeping or other such service. This would eliminate the odor in the washer. I used a 99% sanitizer in the washer for each load, which worked adequately. The housekeeping staff was also exemplary. They were accommodating to my every request and went out of their way to make sure adequate supplies were placed into the room without being asked. They were respectful of sleeping hours but seemed to always be nearby whenever I needed something, whether it be extra or clean towels or an unexpected bed change. Complete facilities, sufficient parking spaces, good surrounding environment

This hotel is a must stay!! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming for my toddler and I! You walk into the lobby and are greeted with beautiful fireplace and inviting sofa. The staff are extremely polite and take the time to know you! The room was spacious with a microwave, wet bar, good size mini fridge, a small dinning table, a work desk and ergonomic chair, and a living room! All of the appliances were immaculate! The carpet might need a wash but no smell or stains! My son loved the pull out sofa! To my shock when taking out the sofa cushions I was pleased to see how clean it was! Usually there's crumbs or old food under cushions but no just clean and decent size pull out bed! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot! But for mom's favorite part, the bathtub!! Yhe only complaint is that I wish the tub had jets!! Spacious and relaxing and the water temperature as hot as you could stand°° Amazing!!! Second time staying at Ayres Hotel chain and I will now only be booking family trips here! Thank you!!

great experience! breakfast was a nice perk - eggs, waffles, muffins, sausages, etc. It gets crowded on the weekends so the line was long. be sure to get your breakfast early. the weekdays were much less crowded. clean pool, gym and nice hot tub on the side too!

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. The room I had was a suite. I was happy with the set up of the wheelchair accessible bathroom with a tub. There was a shower chair available if needed. I had breakfast in the restaurant twice. It was alright. I would definitely stay here again. Someone made the reservation on my behalf, and, in turns out, they made the reservation for one day fewer than it was supposed to be. The Sheraton Fairplex was completely booked, so I had to move to a different hotel. None of this was the fault of the hotel. It was nice that they allowed me to stay in the room until 4:00, so that I had time to find a different hotel.

Very nice hotel. It is without a doubt the best hotel that is around here. I love their deluxe rooms with the courtyard style patio. Very nice! Thier restraunt is also very nice!
