Best stay nestled in nature. Food was delicious and the hospitality is top notch. We get to hear only birds chirping sounds and nothing else, so much calm. Note: Half the property has car access but the other half we need to climb steps. So, plan accordingly if you have elders.

Excellent resort for family stay. Housekeeping is very good,special mention to Shidhin and Dhanalakshmi who has give Excellent room service during our stay. Rooms was very clean and neat. Front office, Abhilash was very helpful. Overall is a nice trip. Thanks Mountain Club team. Keep going your good services.

This is my second visit at Mountain club resort. Same fantastic experience as it was 10 year ago. Loved it. It's location is just amazing. I recommend this to everyone, one should visit atleast once here. Climate is awesome, scenery is eye catching. Means everything is at its best👏

The staff has been very courteous and the services were good. Location and atmosphere is very nice. Cleanliness is good. Overall review is fine The ambience is very beautiful Bhavya and Bhavna were particularly very courteous and provided us whatever we asked for

Staff Bhavia and others very polite . The place is clean with good food and the ambiance is good, a perfect holiday . Will love to come back Overall stay was good. Munnar is a beautiful place we visited last in 2009 but it requires traffic management

Please reduce the food prices especially Tea and coffee price . Rooms are ok but price is not much worth we felt so please consider the price remaining everything is good. Your staff behaviour is excellent.... Try to consider my personal request... Thank you
