Ha sido un gran decepción, sobre todo por la bañera de hidromasaje por la cual cogí la habitación, no me explicaron como funcionaban y cuando llamamos no había fontanero en fin no la he podido usar, muy poca luz tuve que usar la linterna del móvil, las almohadas malísimas, las habitaciones pequeñas, ....

Fui a pasar un fin de semana de desconexión y la verdad es que lo conseguimos. Al lado de la plaza Mayor de Chinchon, una población muy bonita, pero masificada por los domingueros de día y tranquilisima de noche. Nos alojamos en la suite Misericordia y, sinceramente, es la primera vez que me encuentro que las fotos desmerecer lo que te encuentras. Una habitación amplia y limpia, con todo lo necesario. 0 ruidos desde el exterior (tanto, que parecía que estábamos solos en la casa) . El baño, impecable. Cama de 2x2 y muy cómoda. Escogimos media pensión que incluía la comida y, francamente, mejor no pudo ser. Croquetas caseras, morcilla de Burgos, ibéricos (lomo, jamón y queso de calidad) y tortilla de patatas. Todo para compartir. De plato principal, un entrecot exquisito. Postres caseros. La atención de la chica de recepción fue de 10. Atenta y simpática. Totalmente recomendable.

Un lugar para el cuidado y el descanso. Trato estupendo desde que hicimos la reserva hasta que nos marchamos. Todo muy cuidado, un ambiente cálido que invita a la tranquilidad. La habitación con mucho detalle, grande y con las cosas necesarias, muy muy limpia. El desayuno fenomenal, a parte del café, nos sirvieron zumo pero también nos ofrecieron frutas, yogur, tomamos tostadas, magdalenas y bizcocho, y siempre muy atentos por si necesitábamos algo. Comimos también en el restaurante del hotel, al igual que lo demás de muy buena calidad, y el ambiente en la parte del mirador de arriba muy tranquilo. Pudimos hacer un circuito spa privado que contratamos en el último momento, recomendable también, te facilitan albornoz y zapas, el circuito que hicimos fue de hora y media, con sauna, chorros de contraste con varias opciones, piscina y tumbonas de calor...Tienen más opciones y otro tipo de terapias. Solo puedo tener comentarios positivos para las personas que lo llevan, su amabilidad, buena gestión....Cuando podamos repetiremos.

Oja cuando contrateis el Spa, pagamos y una vez dentro nos dicen que la piscina no funciona. Por un casual, no asomamos a verla y la piscina estaba medio vacia y el agua verde. Por lo tanto, antes de pagar, ya sabian que la piscina no estaba bien. Demasiado caro para lo que es.
