Very impressed. Quality accomadation. Well priced and perfect for a quick overnight on our journey. Thanks to the team for all the effort they put in the do a great job and keep guests happy. These days it’s hard to get good service. Well done.

Modern, well maintained clean, comfy accomodation with kitchenette and reverse cycle AC, even an armchair with footstool to watch TV. Units have a balcony and the surrounds of the units are a pleasant garden. 10 minutes walk to the main street. Foxtel in the complex was not working due to a technical issue awaiting a technician visit. This was communicated at check in.

The room was excellent. Very modern and a pleasure to be in. The facilities in the room were great - TV, Bathroom, Kitchenette etc. Price was very reasonable. The location was within walking distance to the main town centre. The breakfast was just great and the lady serving breakfast was so friendly. Will definitely come back.

In the grand scheme of things, it feels like you are sharing a room with a stranger since the walls are paper thin, you can hear coughs, snores, the whole lot. Get some sound proofing installed! Advertised foxtel but that doesn’t work either..

The accommodation was neat and clean. We had to leave early, unexpectedly, and Sai was very helpful in organising the change, even though I had booked via a third party. The area was very quiet and the shower and pillows were great. All the important things!

The first room we were allocated had repairs on ceiling and walls which were clearly not finished. We had to move the bed as my bedside light kept turning off…..the dirt and dust showed that area had not been vacuumed for a long time. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor are the bed had areas that had collapsed. Then the toilet was partly blocked. We asked to be moved for our second night and this room had a better bed but missing extra pillows. Both rooms had issues with the lock on the front door and did not have Foxtel inspite of advertising every room had Foxtel! Workmanship in construction is clearly not a priority and it shows in the standard of the rooms. The management focused in attracting fifo workers: breakfast was served only to 7.30am and we were woken by housekeeping on our first morning at 7.00am wanting to make up our room! Not happy, Jan!!!!!!! Next time in Chinchilla we will choose another hotel.
