Avoid this place at all costs. There is no restaurant at the hotel. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, but it is not part of the hotel. The restaurant is not open on a Sunday, but the staff do not inform guests about this, so you will not get dinner on a Sunday, and are left to your own devices, with no assistance from the hotel staff. Breakfast is average at best. Staff are not trained at all, and there does not appear to be any management at the "hotel". On checking out, I was presented with an amount to pay, but no invoice (required for business purposes). The person checking me out, could not print an invoice, but expected payment. It took over an hour for me to check out, and only when I demanded to see a manager, was he miraculously able to print one for me. My entire stay was unpleasant, and how they have a 3 star grading is beyond me, and the cost of accommodation for what you actually receive at the hotel is laughable. The cupboard in the rooms, only has hanging space, no shelves to put your clothing. The only plus side is that the rooms are big, and clean.

Fantastic, spacious room. Lovely comfy bed. Looks as though recently redecorated. Down side - limited breakfast. NO/NADA/ZERO place to eat in the evening. If you don't have transport then you are on your own!

Room is very clean and looks modern. Bathroom is very good with big shower. Room has a samsung TV. Decent cupboard space. Nice curtains to keep the room dark. Friendly reception and the place as a whole looks while maintained.

Very good hotel, supportive staff, clean and hygienic room, location is excellent from the city center. Only no restaurant food is available on Sunday near hotel. I will recommend this hotel. Thank you very much

The rooms are clean and have enough water in the fridge. A restaurant with good food and drinks is at the entrance. The hotel environment is safe and has good conference rooms. Parking space is available and guarded

Hands down, the very best breakfast buffet in all of Mozambique. Makes for a great start to the day. Nothing is missing ... make sure to try the peach juice (which I had never tasted before). Brewed coffee is a highlight, too. The grounds are meticulous, all walls are covered with vines -- you wonder how they do it!

We recently overnighted at this Hotel on the way to vacation in Vilanculos, and again on the way back, and we were very impressed. The staff was both courteous and efficient; the second time we had a leaking toilet and on complaining to the staff on duty, were immediately moved to another room. The rooms are of a good size, spotlessly clean (as is the linen); the entire grounds are pretty and well-maintained; the Hotel is also very centrally located, which is helpful. Our rate included breakfast, which starts from 6.30am (another thoughtful convenience), and there was a fairly wide range of breakfast goodies on offer. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick or even extended stay. Thank you to the Hotel Team.
