Hotel a pasos de la Plaza de Armas de Chillán, de tamaño medio y excelente relación precio-calidad. El hotel es de estándar medio, algún equipamiento algo antiguo pero todo bien mantenido y muy acorde al precio. Buena atención en recepción, tiene un restaurant para comidas y desayuno, completo y con buenos productos. Habitación de buen tamaño, bien equipada y también el baño. Agua caliente, buenas camas, TV, wi fi, buen desayuno. Tiene estacionamiento muy cerca del hotel en el subterráneo del hotel las Terrazas Business (de los mismos dueños). Único punto débil es que la habitación que nos tocó está en primer nivel y fue algo ruidosa en la mañana tanto por el tránsito fuera de la habitación como también por el ruido de las cañerías de desagües que están en una especie de patio interior y resuenan dentro de la habitación. Pero nada grave. Me quedé en febrero de 2022 para una estadía de una noche por trabajo. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Muy bueno el hotel, solo un poco antiguo.Cómoda la cama y muy rico el desayuno realmente completo y muy bien atendido por personal muy amable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Chillán.

Un buen lugar y céntrico para quedarse, con un rico desayuno buffet, con todas las medidas sanitarias. Puede ser quizás difícil de encontrarlo, porque a diferencia del otro terrazas está en un edificio compartido, con una entrada menos notoria.
