When I arrived at the hotel I asked about the pool, and in response I received that it was under maintenance, to which I indicated that in booking it appears that the hotel offers an outdoor pool, the person at the counter answered "I don't know." which I told him was false advertising.

The night we arrived we went to the hotel restaurant, there were only 2 people serving: the waiter and someone who was behind the counter at the cashier, and sometimes also served as a waiter. When it started to fill up with people it became difficult to attend. I wanted a coffee and it never arrived. Bad. If they don't have staff to serve it, it's not the passengers' fault. The Hotel has parking upstairs and downstairs, which is good if you have a car with a travel rack. Elevators are good. Rooms are not so big. The dining room is very slow for all the people. I assume a fire alarm in the rooms that lights up all night. Poor acoustics between the rooms, you can hear everything from one room to another. The rest is fine.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable pieces. Ideal pool for relaxing on the day of arrival after a long trip. Breakfast is a little tight, but it is understandable given the measures due to covid-19. Very good location and easy access from Route 5. It is definitely an excellent resting place going south or coming from it.
