This was one of 3 places we stayed on our vacation, on the way, at our destination and on our way back. This was a decent place to stay. We didn’t have ice buckets, our reservation included breakfast, however I believe the oven was down and only offered cold breakfast.

Just a road trip rest stop this time. I saw a lot of bad or disappointing reviews for this location that caused us some concerns when booking. Our visit was very good. The check in receptionist when we arrived close to 8pm on Friday Aug. 23, 2024, was just Great. She was friendly, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and had all the items you would expect to be furnished. The only problem we had during our visit was a cold shower. We later learned that a water pipe had broken and was repaired as soon as possible. We initially thought it was an excess demand issue due to all the firefighters that were staying at the hotel and arriving around the same time. Things like this happen from time to time. If you are a homeowner you can understand that there are things the hotel can't control. If the issue had gone on for over a day, I would have expected compensation. But they took care of the issue as soon as they learned about it, even working at night. That's all they can really do. Our check out receptionist at 640am Saturday was just as pleasant and informative as the young lady that checked us in. Breakfast was exactly fine and exactly what we have come to expect from staying at many other HI Express locations. We will be returning to this hotel int he future!

Indian-American families are mainly chain old hardware building hotels, facing the main traffic road, there are more vehicles in the past, resulting in obvious traffic noise, not suitable for passengers with sleep disorders. The area of the room is not small, the facilities are relatively complete, there are two single sofas. No breakfast, coffee and hot water at the front desk also need to be asked by the boss to get it. The cleanliness is acceptable. High cost performance. The two big beds are suitable for most passengers to rest. The boss is enthusiastic. Walmart supermarket is not far away and can be convenient for shopping. It is recommended that travel friends refer to the choice of stay.

Very much a quick stop for one night. Lobby is updated and smells like bleach. Rooms are mediocre. They have a lived in smell. Bathrooms are from the 1960s and haven't been deep cleaned in quite some time. Texas shaped waffles and yogurt only for breakfast.
