The staff was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very basic for the price. Also, there was a broken light in the room. They put the vanity mirror in a weird location that was too high to use. The pool and hot tub were located on the roof and are beautiful but the pool heater was broken so it was too cold to swim in the pool. Also, the hot tub was dirty. I did complain to David and he tried to have maintenance fix the hot tub and get it cleaned. The restaurants breakfast was all right. It was not good or bad. The bar was OK but they didn’t know how to make certain drinks. The hotel is placed in probably one of the best locations but the hotel needs a lot of work. Also, the website said that they had an executive lounge, but they did not.

Breakfast has Mexican rolls, or ham, too few types, completely unaccustomed to eating. Elevator maintenance can not be used, but fortunately there are three floors, the service staff is basically Spanish. チワワ高原鉄道でチワワに夜遅く着き、翌朝6時の飛行機でアメリカに向かう予定だったので、「安くてきれいなホテル」という選択をしましたが、その意味では正解だったと思います。チワワ市の観光を予定しているなら、別の選択肢があると思います。 1階に気軽に入れるレストラン（24時間営業とのこと）があり、チキンのファヒータとコーラを食べました。 同じ敷地内と言えるような距離のところにコンビニ（OXXO)があり、とても便利です。部屋はメキシコ情緒的なものは全くありませんが、シンプルで小綺麗でした。

If you’re rolling through Chihuahua to the USA, may I suggest this pet friendly hotel right off the main highway. This old City Express got a nice facelift and renovation. Super clean and comfortable rooms with hardwood floors, soft sheets and good quality pillows. A full breakfast per person is included in your stay and is available at 6am. The pet fee is $500 pesos (approx $25 usd). Special thanks to Jesus, the manager at the time of our check in, who was helpful with some dinner suggestions and border crossing routes.

The hotel is a beautiful place, the suites have everything you can need, the place is wide and the rooms are very clean. It has a mini-kine, which we still don't know how to book, but it's beautiful, a roofed jacuzzi, a air-conditioned cafe. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and very comfortable. This Hotel is very Nice, is located in the Best area of Chihuahua - Distrito Uno and the staff is very Helpful. I stayed 4 days last week and I totally recommend it, if you have any questions call the Manager Omar Miramontes and he'll take care of you.
