The room is clean and bright. It is a garden-style hotel with a swimming pool and a gym. However, the gym equipment is relatively small. If it is close to the swimming pool, it may be noisy. Overall, the check-in experience is quite good, and the front desk service is also relatively friendly.

I spent a few days here while in Chihuahua for business. The rooms are nice with great A/C, although the systems have some quirks. Although the thermostat has settings for heating and cooling, only one will actually work. The system will either blow cold air or hot air. If you are like me, and you need a cold room to sleep well, it is necessary to call and have engineering to switch your room from hot air to cold air during the winter months. The rooms are nice with decent sized bathrooms. The lobby is beautiful. The lounge on the 5th floor is nice, although the buffet is limited. The staff here is very friendly and service oriented.

We visited the city for a Martial Arts tournament and this place was across the street from it, we were not disappointed by our choice, these are suites with full kitchen, free WiFi and breakfast. We didn’t get a chance to use the indoor pool and spa but we did see it in full use by guest. At check in they had a little mistake by giving us a room already occupied but corrected before we unloaded the car. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous and professional. They did there best to feed an army of martial arts getting ready to compete. The next day most of them slept in and enjoyed our breakfast without being rushed for time. They went the extra mile to feed my hungry teenager, she got there 10 minutes before they ended breakfast but they kept feeding her. We didn’t leave till about 11am. The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay, if you want to visit the downtown area you are about a mile away walking distance. We will be staying there again next year when we attend next years tournament.

The room was great. They have 24-hour security guard and a gated walled parking lot. THEY DO NOT CLOSE THE GATE!!! Our bikes were stolen and they were chained to our truck. We thought we had nothing to worry about with the nice wall and gate. It would be nice if they used IT. Both of our Trek DS3 were cut off our truck. Near by sports bar has terrible food.

The hotel is a beautiful place, the suites have everything you can need, the place is wide and the rooms are very clean. It has a mini-kine, which we still don't know how to book, but it's beautiful, a roofed jacuzzi, a air-conditioned cafe. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and very comfortable. The breakfast included is very rich and complete. In addition to very clean too. There is a happy hour from 6 to 8 but as they arrived we didn't tell us anything we lost it, so I recommend ask you. チワワ高原鉄道でチワワに夜遅く着き、翌朝6時の飛行機でアメリカに向かう予定だったので、「安くてきれいなホテル」という選択をしましたが、その意味では正解だったと思います。チワワ市の観光を予定しているなら、別の選択肢があると思います。 1階に気軽に入れるレストラン（24時間営業とのこと）があり、チキンのファヒータとコーラを食べました。 同じ敷地内と言えるような距離のところにコンビニ（OXXO)があり、とても便利です。部屋はメキシコ情緒的なものは全くありませんが、シンプルで小綺麗でした。

The location is in Norte (10km from Centro). Good as a business hotel when you have work to do in this industrial and university area.
The room was basic but functioning. Wifi works very well. The best part is the staff, who all were very nice and courteous.

It's an okay hotel, quite a bit dated and would desperately need some refurbishment - but good enough for a quick one night stay. The location is a bit out of the city, far from most restaurants / malls but there's free parking included in a private garage.

Stayed for a couple of nights here and it was pretty decent, particularly for the cost. As a large hotel it doesn't have a very personal touch but staff are friendly enough so not much to complain about. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and I had a nice city view. That said, the pillows are cheap and not particularly comfortable. The shower was great - hot and good pressure. Perfect! There isn't a safe, which I'm finding to be the case in many Mexican hotels actually. Breakfast was pretty decent - with a very friendly person serving, which is nice in the morning! Also, the wifi regularly cut off throughout my stay. I had data so it wasn't too much of a problem for me, but otherwise it would have been a major issue! The hotel is very central - right by Plaza del Angel and only a 5 minute walk from the ATN bus station. Overall, it was fine.
