My grandma and I stayed here and it was a fantastic experience. It was an incredible value for a hotel that was near the family we were visiting in town, right next to an Oxxo for things like water or snacks, and right next to a supermarket for other needs. The reception desk was very responsive. A complimentary bagged lunch was provided daily that consisted of a sandwich with lunch meat and cheese, cookies (Mexican version of oreos, etc), and a juice. Our decision to have or not have cleaning services was respected. The room and bedding were clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable for me, but may be firm for some people. The room was a good size, had a tv that worked well, and had a shower with really good hot water and water pressure (much better than some more expensive hotels I have stayed at). I spoke to the staff in Spanish so I can't comment for ease for English only speaking travelers, but staff was very accomodating so I would imagine would go the extra mile to make communication work. The wifi was fast, no problems. The one complaint I would have is the rooms were certainly not sound proofed, so sometimes one could hear conversations/music in the immediate area, and highway sounds. I was still able to sleep fine, but some people might need earplugs or white noise. For folks used to US hotels, there is no mini fridge, iron, or hair dryer in the room. There was soap (hand and for shower) and some provided shampoo.

Clean rooms, very friendly employees, good location for my activities, delicious snack in the morning, the only detail was turning on the heating earlier in this winter season, very good experience

I liked the reception service at the time of my arrival and the spacious room. Furniture in good condition, I liked the dome-shaped room, beds very good for resting, it has a TV. Heating Clean Hot Water

In general, a good hotel, my only observation would be to change the sheets, which appeared to be worn and diminished the good impression that one initially gets with the room's facilities. Other than that, everything was fine, 100% recommendable.

The only thing that is really missing is the restaurant-bar service because there is nothing nearby to eat or many times we don't want to go out. In itself, I really like that they continue to maintain their concept since it brings back personal memories from my childhood.

The stay was excellent due to its location and tranquility. It is a highly recommended hotel. It maintains an old image that makes you feel in another area (outside the city) and is comforting. As for the prices, they are very affordable and the staff is quite attentive.

It was the first time I stayed at this hotel and it was really very pleasant, the reception staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also received a box lunch before leaving the room and it was pleasant.

The cost of the room was higher than what was in the reservation, when I made the reservation on the page they gave me a lower price, when I checked in they told me that my reservation was not there and that the cost per room It is greater than what was said in the reservation

It is a very good hotel, very clean and next to it a good restaurant with Mexican food all nearby, I recommend it if you travel to Chihuahua, on vacation or on business, I personally liked it that's why I share my opinion
