因為入住的比較着急，剛到的時候跟我們説那個人剛剛退房，我以他們要收拾一下，讓我們等一下，結果突然間就可以了，結果房間與圖片不符，現實中的房間很小，我不理解是兩分鐘就收拾完那個房間了，還是説不是我們所購買的房間？

衞生間沒有熱水，電話一直打不通，打了定房熱線才有人接，接通同意過來修，結果到退房都沒有人來。差評

房間不算特別大，但是環境很乾凈，房間會有一點不隔音，但聲音不大還可以忍受，每天會有保潔來打掃房間，前台服務態度很好，還會幫着提行李，服務很有温度。
