前台接待服務態度非常好，禮貌客氣，房間衞生一般，沒有擦，拖乾淨，有痕跡的地方比較多，房間設施一般，馬桶蓋子一側沒有擰緊，空調遙控器上一層類似於灰的東西，房間兩扇窗户，有一扇打不開，衞生間通風設施有一種説不出來的味道，但沒有刺鼻和難聞

房間大，窗户也大，與網上描述相符。房間乾淨衞生，衞生間下水稍有慢。酒店離赤峯站步行約1公里，離長途客運站近。前台服務熱情周到，另外酒店的早餐豐富，品種較多。
