房間床墊來回跑，地毯臟，電視打不開電池不行、2瓶洗手液沒有洗髮的。洗澡中洗頭髮結果洗髮的拿洗手洗的。去前台登愛理不理，各個老闆加盟全季旗下品牌説房間好，好在讓投資人投資全季等一間按15萬左右1間房投。結果這服務誰去監督，以後再也不住加盟店，每去一個地方去本土酒店。支持

房間設施都可以，無語的是你們前台不一視同仁，我們必須辦49塊錢的會員卡才能延遲退房，男的去加個微信就能延遲，噁心死了

家庭房床小了點，大床是1.5米，沒有林西店的1.8米。乾淨衞生，帶孩子可以放心住。周圍吃購都很方便。
