酒店位置臨街好找，有停車場，房間很大，設施略陳舊。前台服務規範，主動向客人提供一張門卡外再備上一張取電卡，酒店周邊購物方便，對面就有一家非常好吃的“對夾”小吃店。

第一次來內蒙古 跟這一路自駕下來的酒店比 中規中矩 停車就停在酒店門口 有寶安指揮 房間也夠大 視野好 就是1米2左右的孩子 要另外收早餐費 全價20 讓人不太爽 早餐雖不貴 但也確實一般般

酒店位置不錯，停車方便。早餐餐飲一般，前台工作不專業。問了一個女服務員，説開發票排隊。排了半個小時後，開發票的小夥又説開普票不用排隊，掃描就可以發郵箱了。我抱怨説為何不早説，他的回覆絕了“告訴你排隊的不是我”。感覺這個公司的前台人員之間互相暗鬥，還有人是來打醬油的，沒有把公司當成自己的衣食父母。整體來講這個公司的管理不行！

看起來環境挺好的，也衹是看起來，房間裏到處都是煙味，紙巾也算是煙味。。。每個房間都是。。。而且肉眼看去好多污漬
房間裏面兩瓶百歲山是收費的5塊錢一瓶，但是沒有任何標誌，衹有退按金的時候少扣了10塊錢，打電話問才知道。
前台説停酒店前面的停車場要錢讓我們停到地下停車場兜兜轉轉一圈，結果地下停車場還沒位置，讓我們再停回去。而且前台描述不清楚地下停車場的位置繞了很大一圈，好不容易到了之後停車場的大爺説沒有位置了，讓我們從斜坡上倒回去。。。
整個就是很無語。。。洗漱的時候發現流出來的水是乳白色的。。。

長者生病住院白天需要培護，晚上我休息，由於酒店離市醫院很近，我就連續6天訂了該酒店，給我的感受是房間很大，環境衞生都還可以，就是服務觀念很差，我訂的房間是大床房，早餐兩份，我吃了一份早餐，另一份想讓他們打包一份簡餐拿到醫院去，服務人員説不行，衹能來餐廳吃。真是夠可以的，我又不是多吃多佔。我在攜程網上訂的大部分酒店如果趕上早班飛機，來不及吃早餐酒店人員都特別熱情打包一份早餐帶走。唯獨這家酒店奇葩，還有我飛機票是晚8點左右的，想升級𨒂遲退房兩三個小時，都連續住了6天，前台經理堅決説不行，我真是有些不爽，我説在網上點評一下，前台經理説點你就點吧，意思是隨便，呵呵就這服務意識。

#停車：地下停車免費，床頭有提示，門口的保安會提示並指路，非常貼心。
#服務：前台小姐姐很和藹可親，解釋的很明確。
#衞生：因為是帶着長者出來，對衞生很注意，酒店處處很乾凈，細節處理也很好。
#設施：雖不是最新的到都夠用，比有裝修味的新酒店，更讓人放心。
#環境：酒店整體環境不錯，周邊也有商場超市醫院大環境很好。
#整體很滿意！
