設備有些老化，但配備的設施還是挺齊全。房間收拾的還挺乾淨，床品也挺乾淨的，床墊也挺舒服的。洗澡水很熱，水挺沖的。緊鄰鬧市優缺點都很明顯。臨街的房間過車時會有點吵，停車位也會緊張。停車遠近，要看運氣。但吃飯，購物會很方便。附近的振興市場，作為回家前的最後一個補給站很不錯。總之，性價比很高。

設施陳舊，裝修破損，傢俱老舊，地壇黏腳，沙發上滿是污垢。其實這種價位賓館沒有那麼高的期望，設施少點乾淨就可以了，結果這家完美的避開乾淨衞生。

值得推薦。家人出遊不錯的選擇。
1⃣️環境舒適，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適。
2⃣️周邊水上公園休閑遊玩，白天晚上都可以，都是不錯的去處，旁邊還有華聯購物中心，一站式購物，周圍還有各色餐飲超方便。
3⃣️服務人員態度熱情，耐心解答各種問題，有什麼需要也會及時解決，讓人倍感温馨。
總體來説，這家賓館的性價比非常高，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，都是不錯的選擇。以後有機會再來旅行，還會繼續選擇。
