Excellent family-run hotel where you feel at home. Everything was simply perfect, from the cleanliness of the room (large and well furnished) to the quality of sleep. The staff, both in the hotel and in the restaurant, are friendly and efficient. A particular mention goes to the restaurant which offers excellent local cuisine. Good wine list. Prices appropriate to the level of service provided. Wi-Fi without any problem. I will definitely return, also to try the swimming pool and sauna.

Super recommended hotel! Everything was excellent... from the kitchen to the rooms, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the food was excellent and the linen in the rooms was also of excellent quality. The hotel is in a good position from which it is easy to reach the most beautiful destinations in South Tyrol. And finally, an excellent solution for those of us who accompany our dog!

This structure is truly very characteristic, it has a very typical charm of the area. The staff is really very very courteous, thoughtful and attentive to satisfying the customer's needs. The hotel is undergoing expansion, there are also apartments in front of the hotel. The two structures are communicating. It is a hotel that respects different traditions without forgetting traditions. The waitresses are dressed in typical clothing. The hotel has really large and spacious rooms, tidy, clean and always tidy, there is a passage to replace towels in the late afternoon. There is a sauna and a swimming pool, a beautiful garden where you can smell the scents of the well-kept hotel vegetable garden. The wood-fired oven is also typical, there are fruit trees on the perimeter of the structure. The parking is a little sacrificed but still large enough for several cars. The hotel is located at the top of the town. Approximately 5 paths start from the hotel and can be explored on foot.

Location easily accessible along the S.S. of the Pusteria Valley between Bressanone and Brunico. The village of Chienes has all kinds of shops and also a pharmacy. Upon arrival we waited more than 15 minutes at the reception before someone welcomed us at check-in time despite the comings and goings of service staff who ignored us. The apartment is not far from the hotel and does not have private parking. Fortunately, there is a little-used public car park in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation is well maintained even if it lacks a dishwasher, the pans and utensils are kept to a minimum with some shortcomings, an internal intercom, a microwave oven and a safe are missing. The flat-screen TV receives all DT channels, even in German. They did not publish that the structure borders a very noisy stream even though the shutters close perfectly and do not let any noise pass through. The small private garden in front of the living room where the dog was able to run freely was pleasant. It is not acceptable for the service staff to enter the apartment during the day without knocking to change linen and to take the vacuum cleaner forgotten under the bed. The agreements were different: to leave the laundry on a small armchair outside the door which we stuck to, but they still came in once even while they were eating lunch. The so-called "winter garden" is pleasant, which is a veranda with opening windows accessible from the room. Overall the place is very quiet. It's a shame for the shortcomings reported and for the undue interference. Staff overall not very friendly and not very helpful so we decided not to use any internal services of the nearby hotel or even of the restaurant. As proof of the lack of availability at check-out, we were not even asked how we found ourselves and perhaps to say goodbye. We paid and left. I don't think we will return.

We stayed there for just one night, during a small holiday in South Tyrol. Small rooms but with good cleaning (for us the essential). SPA not very large but functional, even if not supervised. The swimming pool with a few degrees more (we understand the costs) wouldn't be bad.
