Lors de notre visite un samedi de décembre 2024, la chambre était bien, mais le rouleau de papier de toilette était vide à notre arrivé et il y avait des serviettes pour 3 personnes alors que nous étions 4. Heureusement, le préposé à la réception était très gentil et nous a fourni rapidement ce qui manquait. Cependant, c'est le déjeuner qui nous a grandement déçu. Alors qu'il est indiqué sur le site qu'un déjeuner complet est inclus, ce ne fut pas le cas. La distributrice à café ne fonctionnait pas, il n'y avait pas d'oeufs brouillés et bacon dans le buffet déjeuner, les bananes étaient trop mûres (prêtes pour un pain aux bananes), pas de mélange à gaufres pour le gaufrier et le lait pour les céréales était passé date de plusieurs jours :( Ne restait donc que l'option de se faire des toasts. Je comprend que ce n'est peut-être pas la haute saison, mais quand c'est indiqué ''déjeuner complet'' sur le site avec photos à l'appui, c'est ce à quoi on s'attend.
