The tissue box is empty and the shower gel is gone and not renewed. The breakfast is rich and of good quality. I encountered a rare tornado flood in the Hudson Valley of New York State. Water and electricity were cut off overnight. I booked two rooms on Ctrip overnight. I woke up in the morning and fled to this hotel in Chicopee. Arrived at 10:30 in the morning and told the girl at the front desk about our experience. After reporting to the manager, they arranged a room for us to wash and rest in ten minutes. At 1:00 noon, they gave us a second room. The hotel is just a few minutes down the highway. There are many restaurants around. It is very convenient. There is also free breakfast and free Starbucks coffee the day before yesterday. Clean, safe, good service, half an hour's drive from Amherst College
