My recent visit to the Jardin Mahorais restaurant was highly disappointing. The obvious incompetence of the checkout agent and the lackadaisical attitude of the manager spoiled our experience. Although we chose a 35 euro menu, at checkout each item was charged individually, thus increasing the bill. The indifferent responses of the cashier ("there are days like that, it's only a few euros difference") and the manager ("there are days like that I won't do anything") underlined their lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, despite the apparent reputation of this establishment, it seems to have complete disinterest in customer satisfaction. After five years of loyalty, I no longer plan to return and certainly will not recommend this place.
