El trato del personal fue extraordinario: muy atentas a las necesidades ycordiales en todo momento. Los ambientes y habitaciones han sido rediseñadas y son mejores de como se ven en las fotos , además que ofrecen mucha tranquilidad pues están aisladas del ruido externo. Me alojé en una habitación Ejecutiva con Jacuzzi la experiencia fue extraordinaria.

El personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias, nos dieron facilidades para refrigerar un producto. Las habitaciones cuentan con frigobar y ventilador. El baño cuenta con ducha española precisa para el calor que hace en Chiclayo. En líneas generales todo bastante bien

Realmente un lugar super agradable, muy cómodo, no me faltó nada, el desayuno rico, todos muy atentos, la mejor estadía en chiclayo! Volvería? Claro que si y obvio lo super recomiendo ! Gracias Zentra! Si es lo que se ve en las redes, yo los ubique por tik tok, y la verdad me quede satisfecha!!
