A las 21 30 del día de hoy se va la luz de la habitación, tras un rato de desconcierto pulsando luces y desenchufando el móvil, bajo a recepción donde hay más huéspedes sin luz en sus habitaciones, en recepción me dicen que ya sabe que estamos sin luz, que ha llamado a mantenimiento, y que no sabe cuando volveremos a tener luz. Lógicamente hay que subir y bajar escaleras porque no se puede usar el ascensor. La mayoría de los huéspedes son personas con dificultades de movilidad pues se trata del programa de termalismo del INSERSO. Entre tanto la recepcionista, Ana, está cenando... Juzguen uds. la profesionalidad y el trato. Harto de esperar en recepción, vuelvo a preguntar y la respuesta de Ana es que están en camino.

Tanto el hotel como el balneario necesitan que lo renueven.En el hotel un olor inaguantable a huevos podridos por el agua sulfuradas del balneario .Es muy necesario que lo aislen.El bufett sin variedad y repetitivo. Los tratamientos muy normativos.El personal agradable. Se encuentra en un polígono. Pasamos la mayor del tiempo visitando los alrededores ,sólo parábamos para los tratamientos,dormir y un día que comimos. De las 3 estrellas según nuestra experiencia se quedaría en 2 cortita. No volveremos.

La ubicación, la terraza, las habitaciones amplias y a nosotros los tratamientos para la piel y respiratorios nos han sentado muy bien. Han remodelado un poco el hotel y está bastante mejor que otros años. El ascensor baja hasta el balneario, donde te dan los tratamientos. La comida... regular. Poca variedad en el buffet

Necesitaria seriamentre un plan renove Lo llamamos el centro de internamiento La comida la peor que me han servidor en los últims 10 años en un balneario. Se acababa lo que era mas comestible y no lo responian, eso si el pescador, seco con pasta semidensa o engrudo verdosos, eso nunca se acababa De fruta por las noches, solo habia sandia, mas verde que la bandera andaluza El personal amable y corecto, no podia hacer maravillas Sin tratamientos por la tarde ni los Domingos El entorno deprimente A Pie de carretera y en un polígono industrial, a pie no se podia pasear por ningún lado. No lo recomiendo de ninguna manera

Limpieza y trato de lo mejor,,comida pesima,el desayuno,no hay por donde cojerlo,bolleria industrial...y casi sin opciones de variacion...las unicas sorpresas son,si hay algo regular,se acaba y ya no llegan a los demas..el balneario,el personal encantadoras todas,pero a todos mos ponen lo mismo,cutre de todo,...venir desde 1000 kilometros para esto,solo por el personal merece la pena,el resto penoso,vine sin dolor de espalda,por las camas viejas,me duelen las cervicales y los riñones..ya no me estiendo mas,,porque seria para cosas aun peores

Leo opiniones, que respeto, pero me hago varias preguntas. Quién piensa que por el importe abonado va a estar en Santi Petri, hotel de 5*? Te equivocas. Qué comen esas personas que critican la comida en sus domicilios? A mi me pareció correcta. La limpieza perfecta, así como el cambio de sabanas y toallas. La atención de TODOS los empleados BRILLANTE, muchos hoteles de más categoría, desearían tener un equipo humano tan profesional y agradable. Felicidades a: El médico, el equipo del balneario, el equipo de recepción, las camareras, las limpiadoras, el chef y sus cocineras (hacen magia con el presupuesto del que disponen, al equipo de mantenimiento, al estado de la la piscina. Yo solo digo que por 900€ 12 días en régimen de pensión completa no se puede hacer mejor. ENHORABUENA

Deficiente y escaso en los tratamientos, el hotel, personal un 10 pero el resto un 4 con un ascensor estropeado, me avisaron una semana antes de ir que estaba estropeado y en los 12 días que e estado a continuado estropeado. Yo personalmente no lo recomiendo a nadie. Tienen bufé libre pero repetitivo y mal cocinado peor presentación.

Podría dar doscientas razones para que mi opinión sea totalmente deficiente sobre este balneario. Empezando por la habitación: no hay camas de matrimonio, la televisión es ridícula, el aire acondicionado no funciona, los grifos de la bañera daban asco y muchas cosas más. El balneario: solo hay tres servicios el vapor,el pediluvio y la bañera faltando cosas tan importantes como la piscina con los chorros correspondientes, jacuzzi y algunas cosas más. El bufett: sólo se podía elegir entre cuatro o cinco cosas cuando en cualquier otro hay veinte cosas para elegir; enfin no volveré jamás a este sitio y aconsejo a quien lea esto que tampoco vaya.
