Very good attention, good cleanliness, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and all services, parking nearby without problems, the beach is a short walk away, quiet area without noise, very well maintained, and the staff is very attentive and helpful

We have stayed 3 nights and we left very happy, the location is great, one street from Barrosa beach, it is a bit far from Cadiz, but it is very well located if you stay in Chiclana, the rooms are spacious and quite clean, for To put a downside is that when you enter it smells damp, the girls at the reception are very nice, the way to enter if the reception is not open is comfortable since it has a box on the door and they give you a code, the only thing that it does not have for breakfast but there is a bar 100 m away that has a great breakfast, everything is super good

A very nice, cozy and individual accommodation. (No mass bunker!) A family-style facility with a nice lounge area. Clean, reasonable sized rooms! And the location is perfect. Only 300 meters from the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Free parking directly in front of the accommodation. If you're looking for something more private and don't like mass tourism, this Hospederia is the place for you. Also the staff is very friendly. The price performance ratio is very good. We would go back there anytime.

ESTA RESEÑA NO VA REFERIDA A ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO, PERO SÍ AL ENTORNO EN EL QUE SE ENCUENTRA, EN UNA LOCALIDAD CON UN AYUNTAMIENTO HOSTIL PARA EL VISITANTE Y TURISTA, Y QUE AFECTA A SU CALIDAD POR LOS SIGUIENTES MOTIVOS: - Existencia de zona naranja en una amplísima zona de playa y alrededores con unos precios de hasta 6 euros al día con el único objetivo de recaudar. - Zona azul en casi todo el casco urbano con el único objetivo de recaudar. - Radares ubicados en las principales vías con velocidades limitadas de 30 km/h con el único objetivo de recaudar. - Pésimos accesos a la playa con una distancia desde la autovía de unos 7 km con grandes atascos en zona estival, ya que la mayoría son de 30 km/h. - Playa con pésima vigilancia. Todo ello hace que la estancia sea muy desagradable para los turistas y para aquellos desafortunados que un día decidieron establecer su segunda residencia en esta localidad.
