Highly recommend!
We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I had a good impression of Hotel Miyama. Although it is located a little far from the city center, I was able to rest peacefully in a quiet environment surrounded by nature.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, so I had no problems staying there.
The breakfast buffet was generally disappointing.
On the other hand, the hot spring water, which flows directly from the source, was of good quality and was able to soothe my tired body. The view from the open-air bath was also amazing.
The staff were also very polite and I liked them. They responded quickly and kindly to any questions and requests.
Although the prices are a little on the higher side, I think this is a hotel that I can recommend to people who want to enjoy hot springs in nature.

來到了秩父，想要享受温泉，於是入住了木テ兒美やま
從酒店到秩父鐵道秩父站或者西武秩父站都有一小時一班的送迎bus
房間為桔梗，很寬敞
非常可惜的是，露天澡堂不是温泉水，衹有大澡堂是用的温泉水
晚餐感覺有些無趣，埼玉縣不臨海，所以海鮮不太好吃，甚至還有魔芋刺身在充數，也許可以在肉類上加強!!
我很喜歡聊天，但在這裏沒有很體會到工作人員的服務，總感覺對別的旅客比對我更加熱情。比如對某兩位客人就幫他們提着包介紹到房間….希望是我的錯覺。

秩父に來て温泉を楽しみたくて、ホテル美やまに宿泊しました。
泊まったお部屋は「桔梗」というお部屋で、とても広々としていました。
ただ、少し殘念だったのは、露天風呂が温泉ではなく普通のお湯だったことです。温泉水を使っているのは大浴場だけでした。
タ食は少し物足りない感じがしました。埼玉県は海なし県だからか、海鮮の味はイマイチでしたし、こんにやくの刺身が出てきてちょっと量稼ぎっばい印象も……。その分、肉料理をもっと充実させてほしいなと思いました!スタッフさんのサ一ビスについてですが、普段私はおしやベりが好きなのに、ここではあまり交流を感じられなかったのが少し殘念でした。また、他のお客さんヘの対応の方が丁寧に見えたのも気になりました。例えば、あるお二人の宿泊客には荷物を持って部屋まで案內していたようで……。きっと気のせいだと信じたいです!

The hotel we stayed at was located in a remote area, so it was a little difficult to find. The parking lot was small, but we managed to park. There was no waiting time at the front desk, and the process was completed quickly. The food for dinner was also local, and we enjoyed the atmosphere of Chichibu, Saitama by drinking local sake. There was a large public bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax. It was nice to have a semi open-air bath. Breakfast is a buffet, and if you don't go early, there may not be food available. The venue is small, so you won't be able to take your time.

This is my second stay here, and I am very happy with the same hospitality provided by the employees. It's a hotel where the employees wave at you during pick-up and drop-off, making you want to come back again.
