We had a fabulous 3 night stay at the Beach House to attend a family wedding in Itchenor. The rooms are cosy in size but were immaculately turned out very and nicely furnished. There are fridges and mini bar options plus tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. Breakfast was a real treat. Great choice and beautifully presented hot and cold options. Fabulous service too. The staff were so attentive and all kind, friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here. We loved it and will return for the next family do!! Thank you Beach House for a lovely stay.

Myself, my husband and two daughters stayed 3 times over the summer holiday’s for long weekends. It was a wonderful experience, everyone is very friendly and the place was like a home from home. After a day at the beach, It was so nice to able to sit in either the garden or the lounge and chill. The small thoughtful touches are so appreciated from the daily cookies, games cupboard & DVD’s for the children to the option to eat your take away in the dining room, everything was covered! The breakfast though was the stand out for us, the variety and quality is 5 star! We all looked forward to breakfast! We will definitely be returning again next year!!

This is an excellent find, and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend one night or several in West Wittering. Location couldn't be better. A short walk or 3 min drive from the wide sands of West Wittering Beach. Short (2min) walk to a decent pub too. The Beach House is nicely decorated and super clean with very comfortable beds and really nice linen. The owners were charming, proactive (fans were waiting for us in the rooms on a sweltering 1 July), super responsive and serve an excellent breakfast! Can't go wrong at the price. One of those rare places that is much better than it needs to be.

Absolutely perfect stay. Everything has been thought of. Easy check in. Wonderful breakfast. We were there on the hottest day of the year and the room was still cool. Family friendly. And very close to the beach. Highly recommend

What a great set up at The Beach House. So impressed with all the personal touches and service. we stayed with our boys over the Bank Holiday - located 20 mins walk from the beach - lovely rooms and good showers. Nice touch to have plates and cutlery for takeaway - after a long day at the beach we wanted to chill - we also enjoyed the board games. Breakfast is first class - my 9 year was delighted with a full English and nothing was too much bother for the staff - we will be back again later in the summer!

Absolutely fabulous
We had a great stay in this lovely little B&B, very homely and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Complimentary jar of biscuits and sweets was a great touch. My little girl was very excited about this. Leaving plates and cutlery out for take aways in the evening is a fabulous idea after a long day on the beach. Definitely made life easier. Lovely friendly landlady. Fabulous communication and instructions for checking in received too. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Hope to return!

Location is fantastic for village and surrounding area. Good parking and room was lovely, with very comfortable bed Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. We definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach retreat
This is the most perfect accommodation, 10 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach. The room was large, clean and so tastefully decorated. The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels. The shower was great.
We did not meet the hosts but the checkin details were brilliant.
We didnt stay for breakfast either but i have no doubt it would have been 5 star like the room
