The room is not very soundproof, the tap water is small, the room is quite big, there is a shopping mall around, and it is convenient for eating

The location is very good, inside the leisure park, with many restaurants very convenient; the sleep is comfortable, Premier's slogan is to have a good sleep; the breakfast is very simple, I have stayed in London Airport and the breakfast was very good, but the breakfast in Chichester is super simple... I guess I seldom eat breakfast in the hotel.

Hotel was basically ok. What I would expect from Premier Inn. However, the restaurant was a little dirty and the service was poor. There were no coffee mugs and I asked for some. The server agreed to fetch some, but 5 mins later they had not arrived & I found the server sitting in reception on their mobile phone. I had to remind them about the mugs. Furthermore, it took 15 minutes to get our order placed for breakfast and a further 35 minutes for it to arrive. Very poor service. The restaurant was on the untidy and dirty side.

In our opinion, the website is a deliberate con. We tried to booked a twin room which was ticked as done but you do not get a proper confirmation. Subsequently, when we arrived we were given a family room with one double, one single ‘child bed’. When we complained we were told that was what we requested and they had no other rooms available. So we had to reluctantly accept it. Coming down to reception later we heard another couple with exactly the same problem. I believe this is deliberate because the hotel was subsequently full with working men so l think they were given our twin rooms with 2 single beds. Breakfast is not brilliant the bacon l had both days must have been on the hot plate for a long time and gone thin and dry. I never normally write reviews but as l said earlier , l am convinced the lack of proper acknowledgement of the booking is deliberate. We won’t be booking with Premier Inn again

The usual good Premier Inn experience. Pretty good location for going around Chichester and the surrounding area. A short walk into the centre and an even shorter walk to the railway station. A massive car park as it's on a trading estate and it's just off the main road. Couldn't be easier to find. Your usual good Premier Inn Plus room and one of the better Premier Inn breakfasts I've had of late. I'd stay there again.

Booked this overly expensive room , due to a race meeting at Goodwood . It’s a well situated spot , only a 5 minute walk from the station . It’s on an a Leisure park , so be aware it’s a busy location , plenty of stuff to do , cinema , bowling , gyms , restaurants and fast food . Rooms are the usual high standard , but be careful , mine overlooked the front car Park , plenty of late night car door banging , shouting and drunken conversations, well past midnight, being a hot night , unfortunately my window was open . The same thing happened at 6am , a group of lads had assembled for a mini bus pick up , and neither of them seem to care about anyone trying to sleep in the hotel . So take my advice if you book this Premier Inn and ask for a room away from the Car Park , it’s literally outside your window . The staff were all brilliant and helpful , definitely worth a booking , but don’t forget the car park advice .

This was a dispiriting experience although staff were very friendly. The corridors are gloomy - Premier Inn could do with rethinking their internal decor. The room was ok but had an extremely noisy extractor fan that couldn't be switched off. Breakfast lacked oats or muesli and the toaster was very slow. Coffee from machine was insipid. Price was high because of Goodwood.

The evening meal was a microwaved overcooked disgrace. A hammer anD chisel would have helped get into the "Steak and Ale" Pie. When I did eventually manage to break into it, it contained about a small dessert spoon of meat. The accompanying gravy was like glue. My wife's scampi was overcooked also and her mushy peas were solid. Without any warning, the bar closed at 10.00pm ...... unheard of!!! The toilets, both ladies and gents, were dirty and stank of pee. I should have asked for a refund, but, I am not confrontational. I'll be hard pressed to use Premier Inns again.
