Fine for a night, simple room, clean, in the middle of Chichester. Only downside, WiFi only free for 30min. Then you need to pay. In order to do so, you need to call a number which is difficult if you don’t have a European SIM card. It is 3pounds for 24h.

Having walked from the rail station in the rain we arrived looking like a couple of drowned rats!! Despite being a little early for our room, Danielle worked her magic and booked us in so we could dry out. The location is perfect to visit the Cathedral, Bishops Gardens and the high street shops. We'll definitely be staying there next time we're going to 'Chi'

Danielle at reception was incredibly helpful. she gave great directions to the carpark and made check in a breeze. The rooms were a bit basic, no hair dryers, a bit old and worn. The carpark was confusing and quite run down. Lack of any built-in restraunt is also unfortunate

Customer service from Gina was exceptional. We were working at an event at Goodwood motor circuit and we’re really tired and she made everything seamless and was so helpful and friendly on the phone and in person! Check in was really quick and easy and the breakfast bags were a win!

Had to have a early check due to work commitments checked in early with no issues at all. On reception‘ Kia’ was very helpful, helped with WiFi code and answers all my questions Hotel clean and tidy and best of all quiet. Would definitely drag again for business or pleasure 😃

Perfectly located in the beautiful Centre of Chichester, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff specially Gina, free parking, I would highly recommend a stay here as you have everything you need in one place with access to this wonderful city and its amazing architecture 👍

Receptionist Julie was excellent! Very helpful & made a special effort to cater to the needs of the stay. Parking was a concern for instance, but was quickly resolved with assistance from Julie. Otherwise very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Really appreciated, thank you.
