The room environment is good and very clean The hotel has a very standard and classic free breakfast, coffee latte bergamot scrambled eggs bacon, etc. It’s cold. The front desk will also provide apple juice. The service is good. The front desk can store the suitcase for free. And the location is excellent. It is very convenient to go anywhere around! The room is large and there is a small living room, but the soundproofing effect is quite poor. You can hear other guests' voices in the morning. I would like to talk about the sanitation of the hotel. I thought that the cleaning and disinfection work would be very good during the epidemic. I didn't expect to see the last guest's hair in the bathroom that was not cleaned as soon as I entered the room. The location is okay, you can often see gun policemen in charge of security at the hotel, maybe, but after going out, you will encounter some tramps and girls may be a bit dangerous.

I live on the 6th floor and the view is okay. The twin bed is relatively large and can sleep two people. The twin room has a bay window. The hotel is about ten minutes' drive from Hancock Exhibition Hall, which is more suitable for business trips.

The facilities were good. The check in staff was excellant and very accommodating. Upon my return I discovered a 40.00 charge on my card. When I called to get a explanation of this I was placed on a lengthy hold then asked for my confirmation number which I had to look up as it was not readily available. When I returned to the call it was disconnected. Had to call back hold again then asked for last name not confirmation number. So a bit confused about that. Then told that the charge was 40.00 for parking, surprise surprise. I don't mind the fee, the surprise I do mind as well as the condescending, surly attitude from the person I spoke with. Think I'll choose some where else on my next trip to chicago.
