I chose this hotel for the purpose of taking the train. The train station is right across the bridge. The room is tall, spacious and clean. Due to time constraints, I did not choose to have breakfast in the hotel. Note: The hotel can provide breakfast.

Chinatown
It’s a nice hotel. The room was very clean. Check-in was no problem. Very nice to us. It was just the parking was a block and a half away. But we did find a parking spot on the street on the opposite side of the block. You can drop your stuff off in front of the hotel and check in before you go find your parking. Lots of places to go eat in the area. I’m not sure but I think this is part of Chinatown. If not it’s right next to it . We definitely stay again.

The room was OK. A deposit of 50 USD was charged to each room when we checked in. When we checked out the next day, 30 USD was charged to our credit card. It was said to be parking fee, but our car was not parked at the hotel. The front desk manager said it would be refunded, but it has not been refunded yet. Then when we checked in the second night, the front desk staff charged me 110 USD directly. After a while, they still couldn't figure it out. Finally, they said it would be refunded. The front desk manager told me to wait for the credit card bill to come out and contact her if it was not refunded.
Hyatt House Chicago West Loop

During the epidemic, breakfast was filled with bread, fruit and coffee in kraft paper bags, but check in and check out were quite fast. The parking lot is very small. It is not easy to see $50 a night at night. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the facilities are very new, the decoration is also very good, there is a swimming pool and a gym, the price is good, it is recommended!
