honestly, very disappointed. yes actual service, hotel, and location was not bad. but what is destination fee? Who are trying to book this hotel please check the destination fee is not included. don't be fooled. Do not think the price on the trip.com is actual price.!!! DO NOT THINK THIS IS THE ACTUAL PRICE!

Nice Hotel, cozy and well located. I just thought it was strange that they charge $23 dollars. Can’t it just be added to the total price?

The service was very friendly and prompt. The doorman was very welcoming and helpful. We had a small view of the lake that was very nice. Excellent downtown location. We had our son with us so the room was small but very clean and shower was great.

The hotel charges extra fees on late checkout. The rooms are smaller than advertised.

Great location of course. Near shopping malls and luxurious stores. No microwave to warm food. They have a ice machine but no ice buckets in the room. Rooms are very small. Hotel in very old with moderate updates

But the hotel service sucks!
