Awesome stay

位置超好，就在河邊，對岸就是玉米棒大樓和特朗普大廈，沿着下沉式河岸走一走蠻好。房間很乾凈。床墊很舒服。

The location is great, right by the river, with the Corncob Building and Trump Tower on the opposite bank. It's nice to walk along the sunken river bank. The room was very clean. The mattress is very comfortable.

位置絕好，距地鐵站超近，去河邊乘觀光遊船也十分方便。房屋寬敞明亮整潔舒適，很滿意。衹是沒有免費Wi-Fi，有些遺憾。

The location is perfect, very close to the subway station, and it is also very convenient to go to the river to take a sightseeing cruise. The house is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, very satisfied. It's just a pity that there is no free Wi-Fi.

地理位置很好，周邊就是商圈以及地鐵。
早餐也可以，很不錯，明年繼續出差這裏。
房間儘量高一些，不然晚上很吵。

位置極佳，坐落於Chicago River邊上，樓下就是地鐵站，部分房型高樓層城景十分震撼。衞生無可挑剔，客房打掃服務細緻入微。美中不足的是酒店比較吝嗇，房間內不贈送任何東西，飲用水要主動問前台要。泳池略小、健身房略老舊。

The location is excellent, located on the edge of the Chicago River, the subway station is downstairs, and the city view of some high-rise floors is very shocking. The hygiene is impeccable and the housekeeping service is meticulous. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is relatively stingy, and there is no gift in the room. You have to ask the front desk for drinking water. The swimming pool is a little small and the gym is a little old.

There is no parking place at the door and there is no valet. Walking to the parking lot at 4.50 a night is expensive and troublesome.

The hotel is beautiful and situated in a great location, but sadly I had a poor experience with one of the front desk representatives - Rebecca - who worked the evening shift. I was berated by this particular employee in a way that I have never before experienced in a professional customer service oriented setting. One evening, when I had approached the counter to purchase a couple of convenience staples, she was very unapproachable and asked in a very irritable manner how I was going to pay. She then took my card without saying a word and disappeared to the back room where she remained for 7 minutes or so. When she came back out, I asked her if the card machine was broken, and she flipped out - raising her voice and berating me in a nonsensical manner. I asked her what her name was, and she began saying it loudly and in a hostile manner, saying it over and over again and telling me to contact management if I had a problem. Her behavior was downright disgusting and a poor reflection of the hotel and the city of Chicago in general. She is not a good fit for the hotel and most certainly has cost this business money as anyone else she has accosted is unlikely to return, including those like myself who had spent well into the 4 figure range over the course of my stay. The next morning, I was worried that she would accost my family (my wife and toddler) as we departed early in the morning.

Such an amazing stay here at the Renaissance Chicago. The hotel was hip, chic and clean. The staff was on point and gave us excellent service. John Alcott from concierge made our stay so memorable making sure we knew the best spots to eat and the best spots to visit. He is so professional and a pleasure to speak to. Our room had an amazing view of the river and shout out to Ernestina who came to our room every day to take care of any needs we had like fresh towels, making the bed and tidying up. Everyone was amazing here and would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Chicago.
