衞生：房間衞生很差，連續換了 3 間房才衞生合格，布草有污漬就直接使用，客房做房不檢查嗎？客房經理查房也查不出來嗎？
設施：洗衣房衹有一個洗衣機，沒有烘乾機，衹有一個烘乾箱，且上面積滿了灰塵，也沒有衣架。
服務：客房服務人員對客培訓有待提升，“到房間以後我以為是帶我去換房的，結果讓我聯繫前台應該把我換到哪個房間”。
值班經理：在房間衞生且換房後多次不合格的情況下，我致電前台，要值班經理來解決問題，告訴我值班經理下班了。我致電的時間是晚上 8 點左右。
早上：酒店後面不知道哪裡一大早就在施工，辦理入住的時候前台也沒有告知，上午會有施工噪音。
我的要求很簡單，衞生乾淨。
