這次跟朋友來到赤壁入住城市便捷酒店體驗超棒！位置簡直太方便了，火車站步行衹要5分鐘就能到，對於趕時間的旅客來説簡直是福音。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，空調温度控制得很合適，整體環境讓人感覺很放鬆。特別要誇一下前台肖堯，她全程笑容滿面，問了一下附近哪裡好玩，還貼心地幫忙規劃了附近的交通路線，連退房時都提醒我注意夜間出行的安全事項，服務細緻又暖心！周邊配套設施齊全，便利店和小吃店幾分鐘就逛到，深夜食堂也營業，出行完全無憂。無論是臨時住宿還是商務出行，這裏都是性價比極高的選擇！

我住過十幾家城市便捷了 這是我住過最差的一家 環境老舊 空調不制熱 開了一兩個小時一點用沒有 我説換房 告訴我沒有了 還讓我補了快50差價換了間房 上去一看裝修都沒裝修好 奉勸各位別來這家了 趕緊倒閉吧 第一次評價 實在是受不了了

空調你不能説不好用，手放風口有温度，但是整個屋子極其的冷，制熱效果太差，出來的風最多是温風，沒有洗手液，沒有洗頭水，沒有沐浴露，早餐也不如武漢城市快捷酒店好吃，非常不好的體驗

服務態度還好，離火車站近，空調太拉垮，不制熱，噪音太大，根本沒辦法用，關了空調後，隔壁空調噪音也大。廁所味兒大，排風扇噪音更大，居住感極差，建議酒店增加投入，改善設備，從而提升客人入住舒適度。

出差選擇的酒店，位置在火車站這裏，蠻方便的，坐公交或打車都很方便。前台小姐姐服務很好，熱情有耐心，還為我推薦哪裡的美食好吃，滿意！房間裏衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，現在天氣變冷了，房間裏出熱水很快，在床上睡了一晚上，很舒服！對於這次出差入住的酒店相當滿意！值得推薦！

什麼玩意嘛？上到房間門是開的。一進去一股大便的味道，開了空調也沒用。果斷要求換房。説沒房了，衹有一個沒窗的。去看完也是一樣臭。再三要求才説有一個房可是空調沒製冷，終於沒臭味了，勉強接受吧。衹想問一句，有問題的房你們掛上平台幹嘛？為什麼明知道大便味道這麼嚴重還開給顧客是幾個意思？
