房間清潔很隨意，衞生很差，住的別墅，每天清潔和沒清潔一樣。入住當天看到洗手間一堆頭髮，就被噁心到了。水流特別小，完全沒法洗熱水澡。

來赤壁龍佑温泉酒店，不僅是這裡有天然的温泉，更有怡人的自然風景。
泡温泉一定要選擇天然温泉。
如何鑒別天然温泉有幾種比較直觀的方式：
首先天然温泉水裡泡較長時間的話，皮膚、手指頭一般不會發皺，會帶來滑膩感。
其次 天然温泉聞着有淡淡的刺鼻的礦物質氣味；
另外天然温泉裏能感覺到明顯的浮力，這是因為含礦物質的密度比水要高。
尋這一處幽靜，沉浸在熱氣騰騰的温泉水中，呼吸清新的空氣、看着靜美的景緻。秋意漸濃，不負這場温泉之約。
享受天然温泉的浸潤之餘，還可以感受一下千年古鎮羊樓洞帶來的文脈盛宴。

真的太差了，再也不來了，大跨年的，花錢還不開心，真糟心
1.我們定的別墅，居然兩層分開賣，我們一樓帶私湯，首先私湯池很臟，放水也很熱，沒法混冷水，特別不方便，庭院也很小，性價比不高，不推薦！
2.最氣人的是我們第一天打電話問前台，包不包温泉門票，前台明確回覆説包，刷卡進，結果第二天去的時候又説不包，我們又花錢進去，坑慘了。
3.一定要仔細看每一筆消費，我們在餐廳吃了一頓飯，結賬説1150，一對單子，瞎算，茶位費、打包費和菜價，好在我們對了賬單，最後實際只有950，隨隨便便200差價，真的要擦亮眼睛！
4.再就是我們還沒退房，在院子裏，清潔阿姨居然自己刷房卡進來，把被子都收了，讓她出去之後，退房之前又多次敲門甚至是進房催促，這種操作真的太下頭了。
5.整體來説，太不正規，服務太差了，真的不值得，再也不來了。

我衹能説這家的經理到前台服務都非常好！但也衹剩下服務好；
五一期間全家出遊真的是體驗感非常差！！把一家人長者小孩心情都搞壞了！
首先，定別墅前發的四房的視頻的院子完全同我們實際入住的院子天差地別，就是因為想要一個院子全家人燒烤放帳篷才定的視頻中的草坪大院子，結果實際入住的院子要下台階之後一個簡單的泡池，非常的小，前台解釋説這是給我們升級了房型。。。後來説幫我們協商換房，別的住户也都不同意！按你們説是升級的房型，那咋升級的房型別人都不願意換呢？完全説不過去；
第二，入住的時候説是四房單層獨棟別墅，其實是兩層樓的別墅分開賣，當時問了管家説是兩層樓都隔開來從不同的門進，二層樓的陽台在另一邊，不跟一樓院子在同一邊，不會影響我們一樓泡池的私密性，結果是泡池放滿水，小孩子準備下去的時候發現二樓的人打開窗子往下看，感覺非常不好；
第三，也是讓家人最為惱火的是，家裡長者小孩泡完回房間洗澡竟然沒有熱水，冷水都非常小，來了幾遍人都就説在協調，後來經理來解釋説因為大家現在都在用水，讓我們再等2個小時左右什麼空氣能的燒水設備才能燒好水？家裡長者在這個溝通過程中直接凍感冒了。。。小孩沒洗澡直接擦乾了完事；
服務的經理全程態度好，很多抱歉對不起，但是也沒有任何補救措施，該怎樣還是怎樣，院子不對你想退也可以退，熱水要等2小時就是2小時，五一全家這麼多人臨時能去哪呢，衹能憋屈的住一晚了

週六下午六點到的，前台沒有人，酒店電話沒人，大晚上下着雨，找保安找保潔，大家都是一問三不知，快七點終於入住。。。。。沒有所謂的管家，全靠自助。管理及其隨意散漫。

過年找到了離武漢不遠的地方，真是不容易，房子大小正合適，香眠房真是睡的舒服，小院帶個池子，真是舒服，孩子們也都超喜歡。是適合家庭帶孩子出遊的不二選擇，也是和三三兩兩好朋友相聚的好地方。過年放鞭也是讓孩子們放到爽！
