UP IN THE CLOUDS hotel

Very good hotel, better than many parallel five-star hotels in China. The service is very good, the little sister at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and patiently introduces various strategies. Many things in the hotel are provided for free, the breakfast is also very rich, the decoration is not bad, relatively new and clean, towels and bath towels are individually packaged, there are surprises everywhere in the hotel details, very satisfied, next time I come to Chibi, I will return Live here and highly recommend it to everyone.
Tongluowan Hotel

Come to Chibi and stay at the Causeway Bay Hotel. The price is very high. The hotel service is considerate and meticulous. The Cantonese breakfast is rich and delicious, and the bedding is comfortable. It is rare to go out and stay in a hotel. You can fall asleep so quickly and sleep until dawn. Good reviews👍👍👍

Springs Resort

Overall, I am quite satisfied, with the hot springs and accommodation being the highlights. In view of the many positive reviews posted by other reviews, here are some issues. It is difficult to evaluate the catering of your hotel because it is located in a remote location and there are no other dining options except the hotel restaurant. I understand that your hotel specializes in Cantonese cuisine, but the waiter in the restaurant on the night of check-in actually said, ”We can't even make barbecue today.” I think that as a five-star hotel, it is the proper state to maintain its own product features and provide stable services. Unfortunately, this experience made me slightly regretful. Secondly, the price of dinner is too expensive, as mentioned in many reviews. When I was choosing a hotel before, I hesitated whether to choose Chunquanzhuang because of this problem. I think if your hotel wants to expand its audience, it needs to think again about the diverse choices in catering. Also, I asked the staff to apply for a late check-out because I was taking the high-speed train at 4 p.m., so I wanted to delay my check-out for a while. I negotiated with the staff many times during the first day, and the answers they gave me depended on the availability of the room on the second day. However, it was a Wednesday working day when I checked in. There were more visible staff in the hotel than tourists. Under such circumstances, they couldn't readily agree to a late check-out the next day. It was really hard to understand. (Because I have stayed in many five-star hotels, I usually agree to a late check-out when there are obvious vacancies during non-holidays.) Fortunately, when we coordinated and communicated the next morning, we agreed to check out at 2 pm, and the matter was dropped. Overall, this trip was quite satisfactory. All personal shortcomings in this experience have been written down. I only provide suggestions for the operation and management of your hotel.
