It's very good. There are many shuttle buses. The breakfast changes every day and is thoughtful.

I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am.
You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied.
Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.

Although the room is not big, it has everything you need, and there is even a storage ironing board. The quality is good and the sound insulation is next to JR Chiba Station, but it doesn't affect it at all.
The breakfast is a bit expensive and there are not many varieties, but it tastes good.

I have lived here for the past few days behind Chiba. This hotel is relatively new. Compared with the previous two, the room is not very big, but the facilities inside have everything. There is also a dehumidification air purifier. All in all, the price is quite good. It is attached at the station. It's a 5-minute walk.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view.
The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I booked a hotel when I went to Makuhari Seaside for an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient. Chiba Chuo Station is across the road from the hotel, and it is also very quick to transfer to other places.
The hotel room is clean and tidy. I booked a deluxe double room, which is smoking-friendly and located on the third floor. The area is moderate, so it's suitable for one person to stay in anyway. There is also a massage chair in the room.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and patient, check-in is efficient, and communication is smooth.

We will definitely come back to this hotel. It's clean and accessible. The cleaning ladies are great, making sure my room is super clean and smelling good. Around 12 minutes walk to Chiba station where there are options to eat and dine.

It is a new and big hotel. It is located in the suburbs, so it is good to have a parking lot for free and drive. There is a large public bath, and the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast venue is large and I don't care about the morning congestion. I don't care about the congestion at check-out because the elevator is ３.

Dinner (tavern) seems to be eaten at the restaurant until late at night.
Facilities It is clean in a new building. There is free coffee, paid laundry, ice making machine, and hot spring at the front desk. The hot spring was available from ５ hours, so it is also used in the morning.
Rooms There are chairs, tables and standlights, and they are well equipped to work and study.
The size is perfect.
Dining Because it is a menu of business hotels, there are several types of Japanese food, Western food, and (no fruit)
i think the front desk was good.
It was a comfortable hotel that I wanted to stay again. Especially the public bath was a hot spring, so it was the best!
It was used for the consecutive holiday, but there was no appearance that the front desk and the meal were abnormally crowded.

Mmios369外出自粛制限が終わった後も外出を控えていたので、Go Toトラベルキャンペーンが始まってから、ホテルのステイケーションから始めてみようかなと泊まることを決めました。チェックインから、感染症対策がきちんとされていて、安心して泊まることができました。お部屋はラグジュアリー・ダブル・ルームにしたので、バスルームは光は射しませんが久しぶりに泡風呂で、ゆったりと穏やかな時間を過ごせました。 アフタヌーンティーは平日は休業中だった為、ベーカリー&ケーキ『サント・ノーレ』でモンブランとプリンを購入し、お部屋のシーティングエリアでいただきました。カトラリー はレセプションに電話する仕組みになっていました。プリンと伝え忘れてしまい、結局スプーンは1階の店舗まで戻って簡易的なものをいただくことになりましたがスタッフの方々の対応は丁寧で好感が持てました。特にモンブランはラム酒が効いていて美味しかったです。次は、違う部屋にも泊まってみたいです。

GGuest UserI really like this hotel. Although the room is small, it is very comfortable and convenient. There is a USB charging port at the bedside. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and there is also a massage cushion. There is a welcome drink in the lobby and a hot spring bath on the third floor. Everything is clean. The elevator announces the floor and there is a light warning when the elevator closes. The front desk and all service staff are gentle and friendly. The location is also very good, very close to Chiba Station and the tram stop, as well as the art museum and Chiba Shrine. There are many places to eat and go shopping around, such as Sogo. If I have another chance to go to Chiba next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

GGuest User蘇我スポーツ公園のイベントの為22m3スーペリアツインに4連泊しました。お部屋はゆっくりくつろげましたが、以前口コミに投稿されていた排水溝の黒カビと浴槽周りの赤カビはいまだに改善されていませんでした。また他にも色々目につく部分もありましたが目をつぶることにしました。ただ、流石に空気清浄機が埃まみれだったのは交換してもらいました。 ランチで食堂もやっているしシェフのアレンジでなどうたっているので密かに期待をして朝食付きプランにしましたが、メニューは２日おきに変わる鮭と鯖の焼き魚(?)温めるだけの業務用スクランブルエッグやマカロニサラダ、ひじきや蒟蒻の煮物、他のメニューは４日何の変わり映えもせずうたい文句に反して正直飽きました。シェフのアレンジなどとHPに掲載するなら業務用のものそのままではなくもう少し工夫が欲しいです。 ただ、スタッフの方やルームクリーニングの方の対応は良かったのでトータルで満足はしています。

LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

IiskwttyIt is located in the drinking street ２, ３ minutes walk from Chiba station. Be careful because it is called ”Chiba EKI Mae” of the same Toyoko inn a little far away. Totally for business, the room is the right Toyoko inn. It is exactly the same as the size of other Toyoko inn and bed, the pattern of the cover, and the bed placed on the window. The room is not too small and not large. The bus toilet was clean and clean. There is no shortage of service, and there is no mistake if you only stay.

TTangreat staff! basic English ok, close to a monorail station, and a decent number of options for dinner in the area.
had a small room with 2 single beds. carpet had spots and stains. the room is actually clean, but the sight of those stains made it feel dirty. toilet was a little cramped, think airplane-type toilets, just a little bigger.. but this is typical of Japanese hotels etc. they had a couple of multi purpose rooms, and a coin laundry setup on the top floor..
