I stayed in a room with an irregular 2-stage bed at my family stay. The bed above is a little wider than the bench, but it was sleeping properly with adults and infants, and the large bed below seemed to be sleeping firmly with adults and children. There is a breakfast venue next to the front desk on the 1 floor, but the group of business trips (uncles) were gathering and talking. It was a home atmosphere. There was seven eleven right next to it, shopping was convenient, the station was close, and it was a very convenient place.

We stayed for 3 nights from 3/6 in Chiba Toku Campaign. 30% cheaper for accommodation and 4000 yen a day with a meal ticket, and 12000 points for 3 days are very satisfying for meals, convenience stores, and souvenirs. I was sent to Goi Station by hotel shuttle bus. The hotel is large and there is no problem with toilets and bathrooms. There is also a convenience store and a family restaurant nearby. There is a Japanese sweets shop Dutch shop next door, where I bought souvenirs. I would like to use it again when I have a business trip to Chiba.

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.

I stayed from March 6th to 10th, 2024.
・About customer service and customer service of employees
Customer service: They were very kind, which was nice.
Service: There was a large plate near the ice machine which was helpful.
・About breakfast (additional charge)
Since the venue was on the top floor, it was a buffet style where everyone could eat on their own.
The number of staff members varied greatly depending on the time of day and day.
Due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, I understand that gloves are still required.
I immediately understood why this was not explained to people on tours overseas.
I thought it was strange that even though it was written in Japanese, it was not written for people overseas.
Also, even though the staff at this hotel were from overseas, they didn't respond in this way.
It seemed questionable.
・Enter from 7:30 on the 7th: 1 staff member
*As there were only older staff members, customers had to call out to them and replenish the dishes that were placed.
・Enter from 7:30 on the 8th: Staff: 2 people
*On the 7th and 8th, I had the impression that there were few staff members even though there were many overseas sightseeing tourists.
・Enter from 8:00 on the 9th: 2 staff members
・Enter from 6:40 on the 10th: 4 staff members
If possible, I would like to add a breakfast buffet to those traveling abroad.
At the very least, I would like them to add a notice to the breakfast venue that says, ``Today, overseas tourists on tour will also be using this service.''
I was traveling alone, so I didn't really care.
For honeymooners, this doesn't make them feel very good about their trip.
I would also like to have employees who can speak the languages of people traveling overseas.
It depends on the country, but only Japanese people have the custom of cleaning up the dishes they have eaten.
During the three days I used it, only Japanese people were cleaning up the dishes.
If you have a breakfast buffet, at least explain this to people on overseas tours.
I would like to have staff who understand the language available to help.
・About each equipment
Humidifier: The old type makes noise when used, so it is best not to use it when going to bed.
Open-air baths: Separated for men and women, and security was controlled by passwords. I went in with confidence.
WiFi: Connected immediately.
Smartphone: 1, Switch: 2
*There was no outlet near the bed, so I went to Donki near Zuku Hotel to buy an extension cord.
*It was inconvenient because there were few outlets for outlets.
・About the shuttle bus
The shuttle bus timetable was not updated online, so I did not use it.
・About the vicinity of the hotel
Next to the hotel: Daiso, Matsukiyo, Donki
Opposite: Hotto Motto, Seven, Drugstore
*Please be careful about the business hours of Daiso, Matsukiyo, and Hotto Motto.

Reserved a 3-night stay at this hotel, conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from Chiba station. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink available from 2 pm to 11 pm. It would have been improved if they provided hot coffee for guests in the morning. A notable highlight is the onsen on level 3, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
Special commendation to Ms. 李, who facilitated our check-in. Upon overhearing our Mandarin conversation, she promptly switched to Mandarin, enhancing our understanding and overall experience. A thoughtful touch that stood out during our stay.

The location is good, close to Chiba Station. There are duty-free drug stores, convenience stores, daiso, and Sogo and BicCamera nearby. There is no parking lot, so you have to park in a nearby open space at your own expense. The bed was comfortable, but the hygiene was average. There were hairs in the refrigerator and a toothpaste cap left by the previous tenant in the wash basin. The overall feeling is good, the staff are friendly and willing to help.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

The room I booked to watch the Makuhari Fireworks cost 1600+ on the day of the fireworks, and 600+ on the next day. Summer fireworks are really popular.
The Green Tower is near Makuhari Station, just opposite Mitsui Outlet, and only a 10-minute walk from the fireworks festival. The location is unquestionable. The hotel breakfast is average, business hotel level, and there is no large bath. It is estimated that the main guests are usually exhibition business guests.
We took the Keisei bus from Narita Airport and arrived in less than an hour, with a fare of 1200 yen.
Finally, a few pictures of the fireworks festival. If it weren't for the fireworks festival, I probably wouldn't come to stay at the Green Tower.

【Location】
In the new city center of Makuhari, Chiba, 10 meters across from the hotel is Makuhari Station. There are airport buses from Haneda or Narita to Kaihin Makuhari Station, and then walk to the opposite side and take the tram for one stop to the hotel. It only costs about 1,500 yen to take a taxi after getting off the airport bus.
There is AEON behind the hotel, and there are many stores with special discounts for guests. It takes about an hour by tram to downtown Tokyo.
【Facilities】
When I opened the door, I was surprised by the latest humidifier fan, and the hair dryer was also Dyson. Because the hotel is newly opened, all the equipment is very new, and even the trademark sticker on the sink is clearly visible.
There is also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs in the hotel. Although there are not many things, they are enough for basic needs, especially for people who arrive very late to buy things to fill their stomachs.
There is a set of self-service counters at the front desk of the hotel, and all the supplies are self-service, from toothbrushes, towels, toiletries to a variety of facial masks, bath agents, tea bags, etc.
【Hygiene】
New hotels with Japanese-style cleaning, there is no need to worry about hygiene. After just returning from a business trip to Southeast Asia, I really have to praise the cleanliness of Japanese hotels.

RRomalynEverytime we are travelling in Japan we always choose Daiwa Roynet, everything are excellent here.
The property is relatively business area and nearest to the train station, has konbini and easy check in and out self service. Everyday clean.
EelinoryimI booked a hotel when I went to Makuhari Seaside for an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient. Chiba Chuo Station is across the road from the hotel, and it is also very quick to transfer to other places.
The hotel room is clean and tidy. I booked a deluxe double room, which is smoking-friendly and located on the third floor. The area is moderate, so it's suitable for one person to stay in anyway. There is also a massage chair in the room.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and patient, check-in is efficient, and communication is smooth.
GGuest UserThe room is small but well-equipped, and the front desk is very friendly. The sashimi set breakfast is super delicious, and the service is also very good. The key is the excellent location, close to the JR station, airport bus and outlets, and also close to the music festival venue, which is super convenient.
TTracyGreat locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.
Ffun tingNo flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am.
Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel
Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel.
Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk
JJai RoaWe will definitely come back to this hotel. It's clean and accessible. The cleaning ladies are great, making sure my room is super clean and smelling good. Around 12 minutes walk to Chiba station where there are options to eat and dine.
QQuaよんI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan.
One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.
GGuest UserIt is located a few minutes walk from the east exit of Soga station, and there are convenience stores, Bento shops, fast food shops and taverns around it. Amenities such as manned correspondence and toothbrush and brush shaving are chosen from the side of the front with the enforcement of the law. The elevator is a type of room card to touch the sensor and press the floor button. The room is generally large and the desk is large, which is helpful for PC work. It is not a double room style with a door like other Dormy Inns, but a studio style, and the bathroom in the room also has a toilet, washroom, and bath. Unit bus style. The large bath on the second floor is compact type compared to other Dome Inns. There are six lockers for clothes, three washing places in the bathroom, two indoor baths, three sauna rooms and a water bath, but there is no open-air bath. Like Dormy Inn, there are free coffee, ice cream, lactic acid beverages and night soba noodles. Breakfast is a Dormy Inn standard Japanese-Western buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, and bonito rice as a local dish. I think it's probably a dome inn without a house ... I was able to spend comfortably.
GGuest UserThe room is small, the facilities are a bit old, the other is that the cleaning is once every three days, the triple room is set, and the front desk gives a single room and a double room.
LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
