3-Star Hotels in Chiba

A standard business hotel with complete facilities, including vending machines and microwave ovens. Cleaning is timely, and it is convenient for shopping and dining around. The commercial street is very close, so there is no need to worry about rain.

No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am. Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel. Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk next to Soga Station. Parking is available next to the hotel for 1,500 yen per night. The self-service check-in is very convenient and there is free ice cream in the evening. There is a hot spring in the hotel, but it is very small compared to other branches. The hotel room is very large and has a wash basin at the entrance. The view from the hotel is very good and you can see the station. 

The hotel is very convenient. It is very close to Soga Station of the tram. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around. There is a large supermarket and Daiso at two intersections, and there is also a large drug store. For food, there is a Japanese hotpot restaurant that is good.

The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation. In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened. The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport. The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink? If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.

I stayed in four Livemax hotels in Japan, and they were all similar, except for the cleanliness. This one was a little dusty, but not a big problem. The subway station is only a few steps away, very convenient. What else do you need a bicycle for this price in Tokyo? It's worth it.

The location was also very easy to find near the station. It was a little dry day, but there was no problem at all because there was an air purifier. We had a very comfortable stay.

I booked this hotel for a concert in Makuga, Chiba. It was very nice. It was very close to the tram stop. It was easy to get by the airport bus and two tram stops. The room was clean and the reception was very warm

It is a clean hotel, although it walks a little from Chiba Station 7 〜 8 minutes. The large communal bath was clean and I was very satisfied. The room clothes are also separate types, so you don't have to sleep badly. You can also walk to the nearest convenience store in 2 〜 3 minutes. There is no parking lot, but I think there is no problem because there is a 24-hour fixed coin parking nearby.
