great staff! basic English ok, close to a monorail station, and a decent number of options for dinner in the area. had a small room with 2 single beds. carpet had spots and stains. the room is actually clean, but the sight of those stains made it feel dirty. toilet was a little cramped, think airplane-type toilets, just a little bigger.. but this is typical of Japanese hotels etc. they had a couple of multi purpose rooms, and a coin laundry setup on the top floor..

We used it for 1 nights. The room itself is a very simple business hotel. It was good because it was just possible and there was a feeling of cleanliness. It is also close to Soga Station and is very convenient. Amenities were also available at the minimum.

The location is great and the lobby has a high ceiling and is open. The rooms are large and the parking lot is free, but it is difficult to take a bath because the bath is easy to clog and the water drainage is poor. The bed mattress is ok, but the pillows are not good. I thought the breakfast buffet was not very good. I was curious that the employees were taking buffet salads and drinks with the customers, and I was surprised that the employees also had breakfast at the same buffet as the customers. Short distance away from Chiba main station means it is less crowded. But still Very convenient location with supermarkets and convenience store just next door. Walking distance to monorail as well. Very good value and service. Will be back!
