Location was awesome as a base for 1 night to pick up rental car from Toyota rent a car which was about 7mins walk away. Hotel was close to the Chiba station about 5mins walk away. Hotel is also close to many eateries and ichiran which was about 8mins walk away. There are 3 combini quite close to the hotel too. Overall it’s very good! Thank you for the fantastic hospitality!

This hotel for its value and location is very good. Some rooms have massage chairs and some are bigger than average Japanese hotels.

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store.
The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :)
Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

Everytime we are travelling in Japan we always choose Daiwa Roynet, everything are excellent here.
The property is relatively business area and nearest to the train station, has konbini and easy check in and out self service. Everyday clean.
