This hotel has a location. The location next to Chiba Station is convenient for travel, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to the hotel.
For inside the room everything is good except cleanliness because I still found other people hair inside the toilet.

酒店位置比較好，離火車站200多米，房間衛生也比較好，但房間不大，沒有茶葉包及咖啡包，當然也沒有瓶裝水，前臺不會英語，語氣生硬。

如果是帶着孩子的話，更不建議住了的。房間悶，吵。隔壁好幾台大空調對着房間，吵得睡不着。服務態度也有問題，一開始就叫你填有否日本的家，要外國人填日語資料。住着鬧心，不差那點錢另找其它旅館。

駅の栄えていない方ですが、安いし
近くにコンビニ、DAISOがあり便利です
部屋にドライヤーの他に延長コード、ポット等あり便利でした
部屋の外にコインランドリーもあり長期滞在にも良さそうです
