アメニティー充実していた。ドリンクバーが常に使える良さがやプチスイーツや小さいおつまみが常にあったのは嬉しい。、２４時間無料とされている白ワインやパンが空っぽで補充されてないなどの事があった。朝の軽食無料となっていたが、カフェラテ類の粉スティックのもの何種類かとシリアル、豆サラダ、ポテトサラダ、マカロニサラダのミニカップだけでコロナを理由にしていたが、この時期にしてかなりお粗末だった。
下の漫画コーナーやカラオケルーム、ハンモックコーナー、岩盤浴、濡れない足湯、卓球、ビリヤード、ダーツがあり混んでる事もなく、良かった。チェックインアウト前後も使えるのはすごいサービスだと思った。ダーツ台がオフラインで、位置がちゃんと設置されていない事、壊れていて、感知しない数字がある事が残念だった。

這次旅行是為了看 VNL 的比賽，因為會場在千葉港體育館，所以以 JR千葉站為搜尋點去找。
當初找住宿點時就發現預算內東京的旅宿房間普遍不大，這間飯店的房間大小和別人相當不同，看評論提到飯店設施方向偏“愛情賓館”，雖然心裡有些忐忑，想說有伴還是訂了。
實際住宿後發現房間真的非常大，浴廁分離外，浴室很大（浴缸可整個人躺進去），洗手台旁有可梳妝空間，卧室除了床還有個小客廳，2個行李箱打開完全沒問題，除了房內，飯店大廳還提供很多備品（與房內不同品牌的洗髮精、浴鹽、簡單的保養品等）、簡單的小點心、紅、白酒（不過沒吃過，不知口味如何），看海報還有一些免費設施可以預約（岩盤浴、卡拉OK那些），我們是沒運用，不知道實際使用會如何，此次的住宿含早餐，早餐也是蠻美味可口，整體住宿起來很舒適，而且離京成電鐵千葉中央站步行非常近，要轉乘至東京是方便的。
說完優點，來說說缺點😆首先，以房間的設備來看真的很有可能是日本人的“love hotel‘’，床旁柱子有薄紗可以放下（公主床？），卧室和浴室的燈光可以調整（氣氛？），飯店裡一直播放著巴里島氣氛的音樂，當然這是和我之前住宿過的飯店比較而來。整體住宿比較大的缺點是晚上出飯店後馬路二側整路站了滿滿的牛郎，雖然他們知道我們是外國人不會來招惹，但是要去車站附近的超商、店家，得硬著頭皮穿過他們，心裡還是覺得很有壓力，獨旅的女生如果計劃要住這個飯店，請務必將這個部分列入考量。
