As expected of a luxury hotel, the rooms are large.
For visitors and exhibitors, it only takes about 800 meters, about 5 minutes, to walk to the exhibition center.
1 km from the free beach, 5 minutes from the fireworks festival beach, and there are many barbecue restaurants and Japanese restaurants around. The train is about 45 minutes from Tokyo.
The price is a bit expensive, but acceptable. There is a massage service in the hotel. After a day of exhibition and standing, I really need a massage.

Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as a fitness center or make use of other amenities including complimentary wireless internet access.

The hotel is very good. The big bed room is completely open for two people. The room size is enough. The service is also very good. I don’t know Japanese. I don’t have any obstacles. I live for five days. There is no problem. The paper towel is peach-flavored. It is very fragrant. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.

Excellent
WWing SzeThis is an excellent hotel with a lovely view, friendly and helpful staff, and it is new and clean.
It is merely a stone’s throw from JR Makuhari Toyosuna Station and AEON MALL.
The surrounding atmosphere feels safe, peaceful, and relaxing.
It would be ideal if the Airport Bus, more restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores were available.
MmamebooonIt's really nice that there is a large public bath.
However, it is only open until 1am, so if you work late you might be running out of time. But overall it's good!
MMuniz PedroI extended one more night. This is a copy of my previous review of this hotel. Excellent hotel, excellent location, i front of Kaihin
Makuhari train station and beside Mitsui Premium
Outlet Park. The rooms are newly renovated and
modern. Amenities are plentiful. Breakfast was
included, and access to lounge with cold, hot, alcoholic
drinks and snacks in the afternoon through 9pm. First
time on this side of the Springs Hotel, which is the
”premium” area. Both are good, I stayed for business
trips many times, and I wanted to try the Springs
Premiere this time. Loved it.
JJOYrneyPlace was clean and conveniently located near the station, supermarket and restaurants.
Staff could also communicate in English, a big help to foreign guests who can’t speak Japanese.
EEyfawahabI had a great experience staying at Hotel Springs Makuhari in Chiba. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Makuhari Messe convention center and nearby shopping areas. The convenience of being close to public transport made it simple to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with well-maintained amenities and attentive staff who were always ready to assist.Overall, Hotel Springs Makuhari is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and great service.
DDavidConveniently located in an adjacent building from Chiba JR station. Access from the west exit. Also near subway station and monorail network.
Plenty of eateries and shopping at the nearby malls. Basically you can find everything you need here, so don’t have to stay in Tokyo.
We picked Chiba for ease of access to Narita airport, about 50 minutes away on rapid train. Express service to Narita is also available but at 3x the cost.
Breakfast is typical Japanese fare but last order is early at 9am. There are plenty of eateries nearby so next time will opt out of hotel breakfast.
Hotel mini fridge is under-powered so is effectively useless.
EEyfawahabI recently stayed at The Qube Hotel in Chiba, and I must say, the location is perfect! It's conveniently close to Don Quijote and Daiso, making shopping incredibly easy. Right in front of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven, and if you're up for a short walk, you can also reach a Family Mart. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bath tub. The facilities inside the room were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend The Qube Hotel Chiba for its excellent location and fantastic room amenities
黃黃昏之年享受旅遊獨樂樂The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation.
In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened.
The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport.
The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink?
If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.
QQuaよんI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan.
One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.
RRhitzthe staff were all kind, they let us check in earlier than the allowed check in time when I beg to have the room because my son gets a little sick from our long trip. They were all accomodating and we will definitely refer hotel Green Tower to our friends. Kudos and thank you!
